It took over an hour for the food to be ready and they still got my order wrong. I was very specific in my instructions on the packing of boxes in the black plastic so that the Styrofoam does not melt into my food. Please pay attention to my health because I am asking you as a courtesy to use different packaging. Will update this and give them one more chance, otherwise I won’t be returning.

This place is awesome and the staff is so friendly! We came right at closing time not realizing they closed at 10 instead of 11 like most of the restaurants in the krates. We felt so bad when we realized they were closing anfter we ordered our food and apologized to them, they were so kind and said it was no big deal at all… our food was fantastic!

Paid over $20 for calamari and fries and small frozen virgin Pina Coloda. Only a couple pieces of calamari that was totally burnt and taste like old nasty fish. Fries were plain like cardboard. Food was disgusting.

I love this place! Ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was perfect. Chicken was so juicy with the best sauce and cheese! Definitely recommend it and will definitely be back again
I ordered off a uber, and i'm extremely disappointed. I order alfredo sauce and all it was was butter with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.The chicken was so dried out, I wasn't even able to chew it and on top of that finding three hairs in my food just made it so much more appetizing. We also order the spaghetti, which we got about four tablespoons of sauce on the noodles.

This was my first time at this restaurant, but I’ve been to several others in this plaza. I ordered the fried chicken Mac n cheese. The price was pretty good given the portion. The food overall wasn’t that great though. The fried chicken was burnt and there wasn’t much chicken inside of each strip. As for the Mac n cheese, it wasn’t very good either. It wasn’t as creamy and it needed some more flavor. The food came out quickly which was great, and the service at the register when ordering wasn’t too bad either. Wish this place was better because the prices were great. The atmosphere is always great in KRATE.
