The service is terrible here . I walked in and stood there for a while waiting to be served while 3 staff stood around . Finally I ordered and The guy who took my order was braking down boxes and making sandwiches with the same gloves sniffling all in the food and his attitude was horrible all while AirPods are in his ear . He must hate his job . On top of it all they didn’t make the sandwich correct . Will never come here again .

The lady who helped me today was so nice! Loved her attitude, to the point that made me want to give review. I’m so sad that i didn’t ask for her name. It was a to go order so I left quickly, they had the food ready on time and the subs were awesome! So, thank you!

Haven’t had firehouse in awhile, dropped by, quick friendly service. Always recommend this spot, my favorites are the steak and cheese and the beef and cheddar brisket

30 minutes for a sandwhich is insane. I know this isn't a Jimmy Johns but Jesus Christ. The store isn't that busy. Hire some more employees if you need to.
