AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU’RE ON A TIME CONSTRAINT, ESPECIALLY DURING LUNCH TIME. I came in to order one sandwich, and the wait took almost 30 minutes to get the sandwich. Then the sandwich wasn’t even done properly!!! I should’ve listed to all the reviews that mentioned really long wait times. The staff are nice, but clearly show a HUGE lack of motivation in getting their orders out in a speedy way. Management needs to be more present and proactive in overseeing operations here!

Not only did it take 25 minutes for our two subs to come out (both directly off the menu with minor substitutions) while we were the only customers in the restaurant, but the manager had her young child cleaning the restaurant while she was elsewhere. The subs came out sloppy with items missing…

I was in here last week and order a 1 single sub. It took 30 minutes (not even exaggerating) for that sub to be made. The 3 people in front of me who ordered as a group all got their food, ate and left before I got mine. I’m not sure if this is how slow this store usually runs but maybe they need to turn off your Uber eats etc if you can’t keep up with the in-house orders. I get it sometimes businesses are short staffed (there was 3 people making sandwiches) but if that’s the case management should definitely try to assist in better ways. My sub was also $14 yet half of it barely had any meat on it. Very disappointed overall

Food is decent but the service is horrible. The girl with the pink and purple braided hair should not work with customers. When asked for her name and/or her supervisors name, she refused to give. She is rude, argumentative, condescending, and disrespectful. Also when we left we overheard her dropping f-bombs behind the counter. As long as she is there, we will not return and will tell others of our horrible experience.

One worker was extremely rude. My father just wanted to switch a drink out for a water bottle as they were out of unsweet tea, worker lied and said the drinks were different amounts so they couldn’t do that. He looked it up online and they were the same so he asked to switch. She said online pricing is wrong. He told her he just wanted the water bottle since they did not want to make more tea. She then proceeded to yell and tell our family to “come get him” when he was being polite and just asking for a change due to them not wanting to make more tea. Also their ice machine was not working (not their fault but figured I should include). Lady would not give her name when asked. (Description incase management would like it: Braided hair with purple strand)

Poor Service, SLOW Service, and nothing was pleasant about this order . I’ve been here 15 minutes & that’s pass the pick up window the red hair girl was unprofessional, rude, and didn’t seem to care about customers and their concerns . She seen o was irritated with the timing it took to make a meatball sub with nothing but a pickle on the side , she beat me mad about my food not being ready and told the new boy to get me out of here in her words . I work in EMS and support the company, got my wife to get their stuff over the other guys, but my experience at this location, a franchise, has been poor on multiple occasions. Whether leaving off items (extra pickles, condiment issues) that I ordered to even giving an entire wrong sandwich, my NY steamer had been replaced with an Italian sub (my wife’s sub was correct). My wife, having picked up our sandwiches and then something to eat for the kids elsewhere had to drive back to the firehouse sub store after coming home, bringing both sandwiches with her. She couldn’t even eat hers and suffered for it. She was so upset that even tho it had been 1hr and 40 mins before she got back to the restaurant and the sandwich was soggy she was committing to eating her sandwich and not risking to get hers remade in case they might screw it up or do something to the sandwich. Our order was an online order as well. When she picked up my sub she double checked it to find that they left out the pickle just as they had done prior times. They didn’t even take the fact that they got my sun wrong seriously enough to make it right the second time and have jt ready when she got there. Thankfully she requested it and we got it. The store did not really offer any suitable alternative costumer service solutions to address any of the listed mistake(s). If you are considering supporting firehouse subs choose another location because this one is sure to miss the mark and you don’t want to have to come back with a family waiting at home to eat.

The sub was fantastic! The bread was sweet and soft. Everything was very flavorful and the pickle was fantastic! We will no doubt be coming back to this location!

I order lunch here about one time a week I get pretty much the same thing the ham sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. They are very good as a takeout service. I’ve never forgotten anything I usually order from DoorDash and then I have to call them and add a few things that you can add on DoorDash and they always do it and take care of me without an issue and being kind and courteous that place inside when I have wind and it was very clean and there was many options for sandwiches, hot or cold. I would definitely recommend this to anybody in the Wesley Chapel area. $20 for a large blt. Asked for extra bacon paid for extra bacon got 6 peices total! Called talked to manager he was asking team member who made sandwich and said she put the 8 that it comes with. Um ok...no! If it comes with 8 and a person orders and pays for extra but gets 6! Not a rocket scientist but you literally just agreed you made it wrong and did NOT put the extra. Will goto publix from now on.
