I’ve gotten meals from here for around 6 months and they’re all delicious and great ingredients. They totally beat other meal prep companies around! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Definitely a favorite!

Love Fitlife Foods! The meals are healthy, delicious and so convenient to pack and warm up for work lunches. They’re also great for at-home meals as well, especially if you’re not in the mood to cook. The packaging also provides helpful information, not only regarding ingredients and calorie content but also labels for those looking to eat low carb (lc) or gluten free (gf). The employees at Fitlife Foods are all so friendly and helpful, offering a welcoming atmosphere for customers. I would definitely recommend Fitlife Foods for anyone desiring healthy lifestyle eating!

John, the manager, and Matt are amazing! Honestly, every employee at the Wesley Chapel location is awesome. They always take great care of me when I stop by to replenish my meals. It’s clear they truly love what they do, and it shows through the outstanding customer service they provide. They always offer great suggestions on meals to try, which saves me so much time from having to meal prep myself.
I cannot praise this company and location enough for supporting me as a nurse during my 12-hour hospital shifts, ensuring I’m fueled to provide excellent care for my patients. Thank you for all that you do! This girl is a loyal customer forever!
