I have been buying fitlife foods for about 6 years but only recently subscribed to the meal delivery service. I am so happy with their service, food and quality. The company makes ordering food easy, provide excellent customer service if there’s any shortfall and I love the options of ready made meals! Thanks to the staff at Wesley chapel for making my new journey joyful and healthy!

I am normally weary when entering a "fitness food" place as they often have oddly misinformed pushy staff about health pseudoscience and mediocre at best food, so I was absolutely taken aback by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff member who helped me out. Joey helped find something he thought I would enjoy and was incredibly pleasant to interact with. I cannot speak for every item on the menu, but the high protein Carolina pulled pork was absolutely and surprisingly delightful. Absolutely one of my favorite things I have eaten in a long time which is rare to say at even a gourmet restaurant, much less one focused around healthy eats. I will absolutely be returning.

These are the best prepared meals hands down. I also went in and was able to meet for free with a wellness coach. I brought my containers back and got credit back and they upcycle them into renewable fuel energy cubes. Who does that? Amazing!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Fitlife in Wesley Chapel! When I walked through the door I was met with a warm greeting and a smile. The store manager, Matt, gave me the full tour and helped me pick out some great choices based off of my personal preferences. Coach Matt provided me a custom health reading through the Project U program, and the best part is that it came at no extra charge! I learned a lot about the ways that I can improve my health through my choices.As far as the food, the Shrimp Diavolo that I tried today was great! It was flavorful and tasted very fresh. More than anything though, I love how quick and convenient it was to prepare. Not having to rely on frozen meals or fast food when I am limited on time during the day is amazing. I’m super excited to try more items from their menu ?Dietary restrictions: Fitlife offers gluten free and dairy free options

Shoutout to Frankie for tabling at the local EOS gym! Very nice lad. The meals here are solid. I would definitely recommend the Chicken Pesto Tortellini and BBQ Beef w/ Mac n’ Cheese. However, I do feel they should be more competitively priced

Obsessed with Fit Life Foods! We’ve bought meals from them for years. Love the food, variety of options and staff! Some of our family favs are the turkey spaghetti, mojo pork, chicken gyro, bbq beef and the french toast!

When I moved here I was looking for a place that was a bit more fresh than say a freshly and this place seemed to be it. They told us deliveries were Saturday and Wednesday so Saturday was the day we decided we’d do our food shopping. Well I get home to realize that 4 of the 10 meals I purchased had a “best by” date in the next 2 days. So much for fresh. They gave me no issues exchanging but I don’t love the response that they just keep those meals from last weeks delivery clearly until the actual date, especially knowing that people are buying for more than just that day. Not her fault she was just doing her job but management. Those should be discounted for the price and kept away from the fresher food. Not impressed today.Pretty much food is pretty good but beware. Don’t like having to worry about my food being freshEdit to say I reached out and never heard back. So this shows me management doesn’t care.

Nothing less of AMAZING! Taste and quality is superb and customer service is top notch. I’ve used several meal prep companies in California and Fitlife foods is my all time favorite! I love the variety and the fact that I can go to a location any day to stock up. I went in on 6/20/22 and was helped by Jacob. He went above and beyond when it came to explaining their meal prep subscription options and variety of meals. He took the time to answer all my questions and also informed me that first responders get a 10% discount (I’m an RN)! Thank you, Jacob for such a great experience! Can’t wait to try more meals!

Fitlife foods is a convenient way to eat healthy tasty meals on the go. The meals are fresh and designed to accommodate many different dietary restrictions and palates. I was surprised by the options available. The great thing is they are also affordable with different sizes to choose from depending out your protein or caloric preferences.
