Everytime I have come in to pick up food delivery orders, it's never ready so I already expect to wait At the round tables until it's ready. Sometimes a team member will ask who I'm waiting for and makes sure to help me as quickly as possible. However, the ladies in there have no customer service. I walk in and there's no welcoming. I'm waiting by tables and make eye contact with a few waiting for their acknowledgment but still nothing because they're all just kids. Three people come in after me and receive their orders before mine. As I'm watching the bag my order up after waiting for almost 30 mins, the coworkers are smiling amongst themselves. I'm not sure if it's their own chit chat or had anything to do with me jsut waiting for me order. Now, I don't even want to bother picking up orders from here anymore due to their lack of customer service and wait time. Not that they would care but if you're a food delivery person like me, take the chance and skip this restaurant. You'll make up the money on another order!

I’ll admit I have a soft spot for Five Guys as it was my first job in NC. Since I had that experience it has only encouraged me to continue to go back to Five Guys. Trust me when I say the quality is there! You wouldn’t believe the process to make the fries! It takes work. They absolutely hand cut their fries and it’s still a process from there. I know they use FRESH quality beef and it’s in the taste! They toast the buns. The organization and efforts really make every time you order consistent quality food. If you ever have an issue they’re quick to fix it. Yes, it’s definitely more pricey than your average burger joint, but it’s worth it!

The only problem that I have is when you do a to go order they hardly give you any fries. We did to go twice, once with a small and once with a regular, and they were both small. I tasted the grilled cheese, and it's just gross. It tastes like nasty kraft cheese.

Good food, a little pricy, clean place. Been there maybe 15 times and always leave a tip when ordering. Not one time has the person ringing up the order said thank you for the tip. How rude, rubs me the wrong way.
