The smoothies are good, made only with fruits and vegetables, no powders or chemical stuff. Only downside, the preparation is really very long, 15 minutes for 2 juices and a smoothie, while we are alone in the restaurant.Maybe the preparer is new?

It's never busy when I go here no matter the time of day. The food here is healthy and delicious. I usually order the med chicken wrap or a turkey pesto panini. I also get a juice which is always tasty and fresh.

Out of turkey. Out of tea. All the tea's.It's a tea and smoothy shop?Finally orders something that they had.Took 20 minutes to make a sandwich.Barely any ham on the sandwich.Never again....Rip off

Is this business still open? On two separate occasions, my delivery order was canceled 10 mins before it was supposed to arrive. On both occasions, the delivery driver reported the store close when they got there. Yet, Google maps shows the store is open.

Wow, has this place went down hill. They do not have hardly anything on the menu. The staff is not familiar with how to properly to make the bowls. Sadly I will never go back. Very disappointing because it used to be a great place to grab a healthy lunch. Let me add this place is NOT cheap.

Used to be one of my fav places to go and grab a lunch. This is the second time I go and I get completely ignored. Like if they don't want to take your order. The first time I asked the guy for a free smoothie since my cashapp had enough point and he just said he didn't knew how to redeem it and to use it for next time. So unprofessional

$27 for a wrap, panini and two bags of chips!! Waited 30 mins for our food which wasn't done at the same time. Apparently the tea machine was broken, my panini bread was frozen and they cooked it in the air fryer!! The girl making the food was extremely slow and the guy working there wasn't not enthusiastic about his job. I regretted driving 10 mins when I could've gone into a restaurant and spent the same amount. Save your money and the drive and go somewhere like Fresh Market Cafe. And when I finally got my panini out was still cold and the shredded cheese wasn't melted and it was dry. No mayo nothing! Just horrible.

All mess aside, the workers don't seem to be happy doing their job. I haven't had a decent order from here that hasn't had an issue/complaint. The smoothies are iffy, one day might be delicious, but the rest of the week they are undrinkable. One order might be half the portion and another smoothie might be double the size (they have actually given 2 of one smoothie and half a cup of another) I order smoothies every day as I WFH. and I can tell they are not pleased with that. The paninis are not great but I wouldn't expect much here. I do not leave reviews but if I am genuinely uncomfortable ordering from an estaishment it needs to be addressed. More than enough problems for such a small, lunch-sized restaurant.

Terrible customer service and the employees don’t even know how to cook their own food! Told me they don’t have most things on the menu and then asked me how I would like my panini cooked and proceeded to put it in the air fryer instead of the panini press… won’t be here again and I advise everyone else to skip it as well.

Came in to order 15min before closing, doors were open.Been sent other way around,because they were counting drawer already.Went to place few doors next that was closing at the same time - “Clean Juice”, got an awesome fresh there!

We have been loyal customers from many years. This was always our go to for our açaí bowls. We recently went & ordered 3 bowls as we normally do & the price nearly doubled from the last time & the ingredients were completely different. Ingredients used to be very fresh, fruit was plentiful, granola was especially delicious. This visit, the açaí tasted like store bought sorbet, minimal fruit, & instead of granola, it was topped with toasted plane flavorless oatmeal. This is such a terrible downgrade & we won’t waste another minute or dollar at this restaurant.

Terrible. So terrible. Went there twice and both times they were out of ingredients for a majority of there smoothies. The first time the young kid at the counter was very accommodating and helped us substitute fruit for what they had. Second time we went. Awful. Girls at the counter were so rude and they had even less ingredients for smoothies than the day prior.

Great food and customer service. I usually order there for lunch with a few other co workers and they love it. Everything tastes great and food is ready when im picking up. Highly recommend for a good healthy meal. Their smoothie bowls are pretty good and filling. Also have to be patient since they're short staff but regardless its worth the wait.

I usually do not bother with writing reviews. Earlier today I went to purchase a panini when the heavy set female behind the counter aggressively said to me “there are some things that we do not have before you order. We DO NOT have Paninis, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, lettuce, etc…. etc… the other customers laughed in the background in disbelief of how rude this lady was being to my wife and I. I felt embarrassed to have even walked into the store. Wesley Chapel is such a beautiful place and to have a business run like this it’s a total shame.. The business also smelled like she burned something

Where do I start?! I walked in to a very dirty kitchen with debris from vegetables and blenders all over the counter where they make the food.The girl was touching her mouth and rubbing her nose then had to grab gloves with her hands. Gross! Food on the floor. The employees were very unprofessional. I asked if I could get a bag of chips and she said, “ well, if you had ordered a combo you would’ve gotten chips included for $1 less than you paid for no chips! Really?!! Why didn’t you tell me that was an option? I said, “well, if I paid a dollar more than I needed to to have chips included can’t you just give me the chips?” She said “ I’m sorry but I can’t do that”. JUST WOW! Tell me the owner wouldn’t do that too. She forgets to make my tea- remind her to make it…Then I walked back in and said, “I don’t usually complain but the tea tastes like dirty water and she said, “that is just how our tea tastes”. Another wow! No offer to give me something else to drink or tell me that she’s sorry it taste bad just agreed that their tea tastes bad lol. So, I ask that she calls the owner/manager because I’m somewhat heated for the laid- back person that I am. The owner tells her to call from 8-4 tomorrow. Really?!! The owner doesn’t want to talk to me right now? Great customer service! TERRIBLE PANINI and I had to remind her what goes on it. Picture below of the disgusting kitchen. You can’t see that the counter she made my sandwich on was all wet and gross. Don’t eat here! I won’t even go back for a smoothie just due to the bad management! Get your act together if you’re going to run a food establishment!!
