I’m writing this review with teary eyes and an empty stomach. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I can’t keep this in. Today, I drove over an hour just to shop and eat, and my choice was Green Mango. I patiently stood in line for over 30 minutes, eagerly waiting for my turn. As soon as the lady in front of me placed her order, I was next. However, when it was finally my turn, the lady taking the orders informed me that they were closing at 6:00 PM. Never mind the fact that I had been waiting all this time—this was just awful. Now, my time has been wasted, and I’m still hungry. Would not recommend ! You should not treat patrons this way. !

They robbed me of $13 for a mango, which wasn't even a whole mango, they don't have clear prices, they serve poorly, Venezuelans in all their splendor!!!

BE CAREFUL, I GOT SCAMMED. I got two frozen mango drinks, I asked how much and she said $5 each. She gave me the 2 drinks, I tapped my card and she walked away quick without asking me if I wanted a recipt, which for a moment I almost asked for it but I walked away assuming it was fine and the total was only around $11 with tax. I checked my account and my total was almost $20, so she added in her own $8 tip! And the drink was slushy and not even frozen, it was disappointing alone. Never going back!

I have gone to this outlet 4 times and never find someone attending this business.. either the owner doesn’t care about it or should fire the employee.. once I wait for more than 1.5 hour and never appeared

I went here before and it was good,, this time whoever the younger girl working is messed up my order which was menu item and it didn’t taste good, a lot of mango pieces were tough. If I try again I will be asking for someone else to make my food.

Rude employees, worst service. I was there a week ago on sunday and ordered a bowl. There is a new employee looks like a school kid and regular employee with colored hair. The school kid refused to take credit card as she saw cash in my wallet. She kept saying that they are not taking cards and literally sneaking into my cash in wallet. So, we left and I can see she is taking cards from others and moreover she is staring at us as if she don’t care. These kind of sneaky people to be fired..She might even snatch cash from register. Hope management takes some action on her.
