Food is ready quick and it always solves last min lunch or dinner!
Food good but the service is absolutely horrible. I will go elsewhere next time

How do you fire a kid for being sick!? With paperwork from the hospital as proof. Glad they've only gotten my business once (wouldn't want to support such cruel people) and honestly no more after that because the rice next door tastes much better!

The food is always good, and I’m not complaining about that, but every time I come, they have some teenybopper with a bad attitude that has no manners manning the register. Terrible customer service they do not say hi. They do not smile. It’s like this every time I come. It’s a shame because the food is so good but I have another hibachi place closer to me that always serves me with a smile!

We're finding a new hibachi place. Cheaper to pay more for better quality and service.

Went in to order a sushi roll and steak hibachi and immediately was treated poorly by the staff. The hibachi was decent but the sushi was not fresh at all. Will not be coming back to this location

Good food quick. Obviously you don't get the entertainment or experience of a hibachi grill or chef, but this comes with a lot lower price tag. It's a good value.

Way better than your average hibachi spot!
At first glance, Hibachi Express might look like your typical fast-casual hibachi chain, but the quality really stands out. The chicken is fresh — none of that weird aftertaste you sometimes get elsewhere — and the veggies are cooked perfectly: crispy, juicy, and not soggy at all. The fried rice has a great texture too.
They’re also generous with portions and sauces, which I really appreciate. It feels like you’re actually getting your money’s worth.
It’s become my go-to quick meal lately — honestly, sometimes it ends up cheaper (and definitely easier) than cooking at home! So glad to have discovered this spot.

Ordered stake lunch special with extra yum yum.
Ended up being charged 17 dollars….. girl put extra stake. Ok cool whatever. The stake was so over cooked it was hard as a rock. Ended up throwing it away after 2 bits. Most expansive soda I’ve ever bought.
