Bad employers! Trash cannabis!

​I love the cookies—they're truly gourmet with fantastic quality! However, the experience was disappointing due to a surprise at checkout. The unadvertised $5 price increase was a shock, and it wasn't until I asked about it that the cashier revealed the cookies also had an increased mg concentration. Both the price change and the higher potency could have been better advertised.

Those cookies are potent! The Red Velvet tastes great but the high part sneaks up on you. I'd nibbled half the cookie while reading. In about 10 minutes I realized I'd read the same paragraph several times and had no idea what it said. Then I went to sleep - great sleep. No munchies afterwards (unless for another cookie ;-). )

Me and hubby decided to check out “Krates” in Wesley Chapel..this store caught our eye. Went inside and was greeted with some positive energy. The store is so cute. The products have THC, not a whole lot but enough to not need a medical card. We purchased cookies and gummies. I had chocolate chip and red velvet…my goodness they were freakin delicious! And I felt nice! Wish I would’ve bought more. I live a couple hours away but will most definitely return.

Sammy was awesome! She knew her stuff, explained everything, and even upsold me! I know nothing about this stuff, but a relative asked me to stop. I got no effects because I only had a super tiny nibble. It tasted great, Sammy was incredible at explaining, the shop was exceptionally clean, and I would absolutely go back! My aunt told me she loves coming here because it's a great product. I can't speak to that because i didn't have enough to get any effect, but I was impressed with the shop and with Sammy's knowledge. She's a great one to have at the counter!

This is definitely my go to place. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The products are always fresh and consistent. It hits different when you know you’re eating something that is made in house by the company.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dispensary. Not only did the OWNERS seem stuck up but the employees were just standing around. Sounded a lot like gossiping. Extremely rude behavior for a business that most people preached kindness and compassion. I was disappointed by the reviews given. The reviews are nothing like what the place actually feels like. Will never return✌🏾
