I must say that the experience from Thanksgiving was absolutely horrible... there was a worker who came out and created so much chaos within the crowd telling people to come back later then when people stayed she was like I'm trying to be real and transparent with yall we are going to run out of hams... she also went to ridiculing the people who came saying yall shouldn't be here the day before Thanksgiving it was just crazy and unprofessional to the highest level but the saving grace was Shanavia sweet spirit. She came out and was funny sweet and very helpful... she made us laugh and lightened the mood with everyone. She assured that everything was going to be ok and they were going to make sure to the best of their ability everyone was going to get a ham or meat of their choice. Chefie tip: Next time make sure you have enough hams in the oven to accommodate the holiday season and keep the panic to a minimum

Their pick up line was very disorganized and there was no staff outside guiding which line is what. I was in line for a while to pick up my my prepaid orders which was scheduled for 5pm pick up. I had to cancel my order because one of the STAFF on the counter was VERY RUDE and told me that they ran out of turkey and ham, and that I was in the wrong line. I saw some staffs letting other people in the wrong line to pick up their orders. I felt like they pick and chose who they want to serve better. I placed the order two weeks in advance and they don't have it available and ready. It's ridiculous. Why they allow us to order and pay online in advance, but they don't have anough supplies ready. Never again.

They have a great staff! During the holidays can get a bit hectic if not stressful. They are smiling, entertaining, and keeping the lines moving! Love to see it

Came to pick up my pre-ordered ham and had to wait over 1.5 hours. They had four workers working pre-paid and one working reservation line. Complete failure on management. I hope no one ever goes to this store.

I paid $16.99 for “Ham by the slice” as I have purchased before. This time it was all “side pieces”, no center cut. You can’t see through the packaging. This is so deceptive. You may have just lost a customer.

I love the hams, I just wish I did not have to take out a second mortgage to buy the ham.The turkey is very good also.

I visited to buy a hambone and was happy to find them still available. They are great for bean soup or ham and beans. They have several soup starters available for sale. There is a nice menu with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.
