Customer service is great and so was the food the second time however the first time I asked for no mushrooms and that it was an allergy I asked when they gave me the sandwich to confirm it didn’t have mushrooms and it did have some mushrooms on it. They remade it no problem but it was frustrating to have to drive all the way back up there and not able to enjoy my sandwich with my spouse because mines got cold waiting to return with her sandwich

Normally enjoy good lunch here and would recommend that but don’t order ahead in the app and pickup, waste of time ordered well in advance and showed up 10 minutes after it should be ready, store empty and no other online orders waiting but they hadn’t even started mine, end result waiting for food and late to meeting I was bringing the food to. They didn’t seem to be too worried about their lack of effort either.

If you are looking for something special to eat, I recommend the Philly Cheesesteak, omg is delicious, hot, and amazing. But if you want something different, I recommend the big kahuna. The service was excellent, and the order was ready in a second.

I had a good experience and have been there a lot. I'm sure I'll go back. My reason for not giving 5* comes down to value. Service was great and food was good. However, it's the most expensive chain sub around. Too many just give 5* just sayin. It's good not amazing for the cost.
