We walked into this shop wanting to try it out for the first time and also that was the last. Staff acted like they just woke up and didn't understand the English language. We asked for a chipotle chicken sub and they gave us a Chipotle steak sub even though we clearly said that we wanted a chicken sub. And they had no organization at all. Some staff were just talking and some were working at sloth speed. And the food itself just sucked and was too overpriced. 10 dollars for a regular sub is absurd. never go here again!

I recently visited this Jersey Mike’s location, and while I still prefer the 1662 Bruce B Downs Blvd spot for their steak subs, I have to say this location still delivers a solid experience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure my order was prepared just right.
One thing I really appreciated was the spacious seating—plenty of room to sit and enjoy your meal without feeling crowded. The atmosphere was also great, clean, and inviting, which made for a nice dining experience.
While I personally feel that the steak at the Bruce B Downs location has a bit more of that perfect taste and texture I love, this location still serves up quality food with the same fresh ingredients Jersey Mike’s is known for. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth stopping by!

This is an overdue review on Keira for this location from when hurricane Helene happened. On a Sunday, we were going out to help friends and their neighborhood that were heavily impacted. We wanted to bring food. I didn’t realize you needed to call at least 24 hours before getting a catering box. When I spoke with Keira on the phone, I asked if there was any possible way to get this done to help the people impacted. I apologized for not knowing and calling ahead of time. I told her Publix said no and we wanted to bring sandwiches because we figured everyone was doing pizza. She without hesitation, said I’ll get it done. When we went in, which was maybe an hour later. She was finishing up the order. Let me tell you, she was BUSTING her butt that day. They were so busy and she squeezed us in to help. Even gave us a discount. Our friends lost everything. So we went with food, waters, “drinks” that day and it was just so appreciative how above and beyond she went. Thank you so much Keira. The food truly was so appreciative that day and your hard work and kind heart was 100% noticed.

I stopped at this location recently to pick up a Philly Cheesesteak and while I was waiting, had the opportunity to witness the team in action. Every time I visit the team is warm and friendly, but this time was a little different. Jamie was working and I watched her packing up To Go orders and informing the team of her progress, greeting customers picking up their orders in an efficient and friendly way and overall exhibiting a level of customer service I've not seen in a long time. Having worked 15 years in retail I know how difficult it is to maintain that level of constant energy and Jamie knocked it out of the park. She is an outstanding Ambassador of the brand!

When we walked in to this location there was a tall guy standing in front of the register who didn't greet us so we walked by him to a very courteous and professional young man named Javon he made our sandwich fresh and brought it out to us with a smile on his face he has exceptional customer service and deserves to be acknowledged and we will be back because of him. Also, Keirra was very nice and helpful as well.
I had the chicken bacon ranch and it was delicious.

Stopped in off 75 and love that this location is close to the highway. Ordered a giant buff chick cheesesteak with extra cheese sub ranch and they killlled it. I definitely got the fresh shift turnover treatment because the bathrooms were spotless and they may have hooked it up with toasted bread and I don't know how I'm supposed to go back to non-toasted buffalo chicken cheese steaks ;) Thanks guys, have a great weekend.
