I wish you'd put more meat on the subs. It has a good flavor but it's all bread!!! It seems they use one thin slice of meat. Most people want more protein and not as much bread.

I LOVE Jimmy John's, but this place was terrible! They were the opposite of freaky fast! I placed my order on the app and arrived about 10min later. The order hadn't even been started, and it took another 20min of waiting before it was ready! The staff were confused and standing around clueless most of the time.

Normally I love this place, I come to this location at least once a week. I also know my review isn’t going to do much but I’m pretty annoyed. I placed an order well before close and arrive to pick it up 25 minutes before close. The lights looked off when I pulled in but saw employees inside, but of course the door was locked and I was really confused because it was only 8:32. The 2 guys inside just stare at me I guess hoping I go away but I could see my order. After a minute they finally let me in and looked confused as to why a customer would come during business hours. I asked if they closed early and the guy says “not usually” okayyy so you closed the store early hoping nobody else would come in? After walking out I realized I was missing stuff from my order and I had to go back in again. I didn’t realize I had to serve myself at Jimmy John’s when teenagers are working. Again, I love this place but the employees made me feel like such an inconvenience for craving a sandwich.

The service was mediocre. The food was below expectations. We ordered four items on the menu, two wraps and two subs. They were all very flat, not enough meat, not much flavor. Definitely not worth the $65 we spent there.
Been coming here the last few years and have always enjoyed the sandwiches. The service has always been great and they've never messed up an order. I love the fact they made wraps permanent and not just during the summer.

I came in to the restaurant. No one greeted me. The young girl took my order quickly and I sat and waited . A man comes and says your sandwich is ready I asked if he could put it in a bag. He hands me the bag to do it myself. Then when I got home the sandwich was flat like paper with no substance.
Love the Fries now and the new Peppermint Chocolate cookie is Top Choice!!

I’ve visited this location regularly for about 2 years. The sandwiches are always good. I took off 1 star because you always should check your sandwich before leaving with your to go order. For example the Vito doesn’t come with Mayo or peppers. I always ask to add those 2 things and they always forget. lol. They will gladly add it and apologize for forgetting but they always forget. The cashier will ring it up correctly but the person making the sandwich see Vito and nothing else is my guess.

Ordered a turkey sub and it was so flat with nothing but bread and very little in the middle. Asked for pepper when I ordered and they said to use pepper packets. Asked for banana peppers and they said spicy only. When I got there it was as if I was annoying them just being there. Just weird. Worst part is that it was over $18 for just a flat sub with very little of anything on it. I couldn’t believe the charge for this! Publix sub for half the price is 3 times better.
