Been coming here the last few years and have always enjoyed the sandwiches. The service has always been great and they've never messed up an order. I love the fact they made wraps permanent and not just during the summer.

I came in to the restaurant. No one greeted me. The young girl took my order quickly and I sat and waited . A man comes and says your sandwich is ready I asked if he could put it in a bag. He hands me the bag to do it myself. Then when I got home the sandwich was flat like paper with no substance.

I’ve visited this location regularly for about 2 years. The sandwiches are always good. I took off 1 star because you always should check your sandwich before leaving with your to go order. For example the Vito doesn’t come with Mayo or peppers. I always ask to add those 2 things and they always forget. lol. They will gladly add it and apologize for forgetting but they always forget. The cashier will ring it up correctly but the person making the sandwich see Vito and nothing else is my guess.

Ordered a turkey sub and it was so flat with nothing but bread and very little in the middle. Asked for pepper when I ordered and they said to use pepper packets. Asked for banana peppers and they said spicy only. When I got there it was as if I was annoying them just being there. Just weird. Worst part is that it was over $18 for just a flat sub with very little of anything on it. I couldn’t believe the charge for this! Publix sub for half the price is 3 times better.

Edited review after recent service: Jimmy John’s is now charging $4 to add a few slices of cheese to a sandwich. I will no longer be coming here. Thank you for being greedy. $20 for a barely larger than a $6 subway sandwich is ridiculous.The food here is very good and the employees are always helpful. The only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars is because of how expensive jimmy johns is always feels so crazy to me. $30 for two large subs is astronomically too much. Two Turkey toms of bread, lettuce, Mayo, Turkey, and cheese should never cost that much. It would have to be a party size for me to understand paying that much. Short of that parking is always an issue at this location, but that’s at the mercy of the layout of the complex it’s a part of.

We ordered 2 combo's from here. My sandwich was supposed to have oil and vinegar on it. When I got it, it was loaded with mayo, It was so gross I only ate half of the sandwich because it was making me sick. My husband got a turkey sub and there was no meat on his sub and barely any extras, like lettuce or tomato. He asked for hot peppers on his sandwich and they put 2, literally 2 on the entire sandwich. To say the least, will not be eating here again.

Came in during lunch. There was only one other guest in the place and the first four booths were dirty. Never saw anyone attempt to clean anything the whole time I sat inside to eat. No guest wifi. Food is good as always.
