Order the food and waited over 45 minutes just to get one pizza one topping I want crazy bread they were more focused on online orders there was at least 15 people in the lobby waiting to order and they were not even paying attention I wouldn't waste my time and never go back to this place and trust me I love Little Caesars but not this location

4-15-24 Went inside to order for takeout there were two people ahead of me that had been waiting for 40min. I ordered one pizza waited 40min still no pizza. Now there's six people waiting in the lobby for pickup. The guy comes out from the back said to me do you want these two pizza that was never picked up. I didn't want to wait any longer so I took them but still never got what I ordered. Retrain your employees or hire more.

Always enjoy getting pizza here. The staff is nice and the pizza tastes good.
I placed a large order for pickup online. I wanted to be mindful and provide as much of heads up as I could to beat the Sunday lunch rush. I also included a 10% tip in advance knowing that a little encouragement would be helpful too. Unfortunately, the order was delayed 15 minutes past the expected ready time. When we got home we realized the marinara sauces and dips we paid for were not included. Part of the responsibility is on us for not double-checking while we were there. I tried calling the store a couple of times but no one answered. I submitted the incident to corporate but I'd just really like to be reimbursed for the missing items.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is completely horrible & disgusting. The teenagers who are working tonight are too busy play fighting & joking around when there were 6 of us standing in the lobby waiting on pizza. I wanted something quick & easy to pick up on the way home but I ended up waiting 40 minutes for PIZZA. Absolutely ridiculous! The manager on duty should be ashamed of themselves for low quality service. I most definitely will not be returning to this location again as it was my first time visiting.

The pizza was cold. Other customers got food before me, even when they came in well behind me. Also, it seems friends of staff get free food and drink.
Mind you this is not my first experience with this location. Gave them 3 chances before posting this. These employees are so rude and disgusting.They touch everything with the gloves on. Money, counter, pen, cards, etc. Then go prepare the food with same dirty gloves. Is insane. Managers seems NOT to care.You been warned! ??They are loud and disorganized.

I wish I could give no stars. Do not come here unless you want to leave without food. I went in at 6:50pm on March 18. I went for a Italian cheese bread, a pepperoni pizza and some of the new puffs. Some other customers and I stood in line for 20 minutes without being helped and no one even came to say “we will be right with you. At least 5 customers came in and left because they were not being helped. This is ridiculous and I will not be back. The staff needs to be fired. Now off to find food elsewhere.

Honestly I barely leave reviews and I love Little Caesar’s , but this is absolutely the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. It’s like they don’t know how to make or cook any of their food. Each time I’ve had this location, it’s been horrible.

They use DoorDash and you don’t get your food. Then they want you to wait 10 days for a refund. The lady just left our order somewhere in the wrong complex. They also don’t answer the phone at the store. Never ordering again.
