Concept of mobile app is great but I have never been able to just get my food at the window. I select drive through and they make me park every time. 10-20min wait. How hard is a happy meal. Get it together or get lost

Horrible service, there's actually no service, I stand at the counter waiting to pay with cash or needing condiments but I get zero acknowledgement, I have to finally yell out for assistance to get anyone to come over. The drive thru is ridiculous, I put drive thru on the app but every single time I get told to pull up to curbside which annoys me bcus whats the point of having drive thru on the app if your going to ignore it, manager even slammed the drive thru window hard in my face

Every time I come here, it's worse. They're doing you a favor by serving you. It's supposed to be fast food, and it took them over 20 minutes to bring us our order. Never come back.

Personally, I feel that all of McDonalds food taste the same no matter what you eat, aside for the nuggets and fillet of fish. We normally have breakfast on those days that you have to “get up early and go” as selections are limited, order through the app. Wife has the McMuffin meal, sometimes the hash brown potato is off, as in reheated or used old oil. I go for the sausage muffin with jam. Somehow that muffin bread w/out jam is just too dry for me no matter how “fresh” they are. For lunch or dinner it’s either nuggets, consistent winner, or filet o fish or 1/4# with cheese. Other than that, this is McDonald’s what exactly to expect.

Be sure to go in and order. Being parked ove a double cheeseburger and small fries for almost 20 minutes while people ordered behind me get served just isn't an acceptable experience.
I left this review two years ago, and I still standby it . Night crew sucks, day crew awesome. It was a horrible experience tonight 7/26/2025.

I come in at 12:30 and they told me the registers were closed. We had to go to the kiosk. I want to talk to a human and everybody’s just walking around. I don’t know if they were trying to say labor but there’s at least 30 people back there it’s ridiculous. Very unacceptable.

We did drive through and waited 10 minutes they gave us the wrong order, went back waited another 10 minutes and gave us 90% of our order except they gave us a random apple pie instead of a snack wrap. While we were waiting another customer came in complaining they gave her the order wrong, and another two little girls came in saying they ordered 10 chicken nuggets and it was also incorrect. I am not coming back to this location
