No real issue with food or necessarily any staff I barely dealt with. Make it make sense tho you have a manager screaming at the top of her lungs at her employees while customers were in the building. GREAT atmosphere lol your managers need to learn how to talk to people, maybe you'll get results then.

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Customer service is poor, and order accuracy seems to be a recurring issue. On several occasions, items have been missing from my order — including sandwiches, a 6-piece nugget, and sauces.
These are basic parts of an order, and repeatedly forgetting them shows a lack of attention and quality control. I understand mistakes can happen, but when it becomes a pattern, it reflects poorly on management and staff training.
For a brand as established as McDonald’s, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I hope this location takes the time to address these issues and improve both customer service and order accuracy.

You can keep your 20 dollar crappy meals that you still get wrong every time I’m there . Order a large fries for almost 5 bucks , and you literally get more in a small . Scam !!!

The mcdonalds in this dump of a town has such a lower quality food than previous places i have lived for a long time like las vegas or cal. Like the burgers, mccrispy, wrap specially, frappe, ect seem like they are from a different company. Might be some scam or something. Lower quality by far and for some weird reason more expensive.

If you go through the drive thu they will make you park for 20 minutes...and they are going to give you sombody else's order..worst mcdonalds I've ever been too.i drive across town to go to the other one.

When using the drive-through here, always check what you have received before leaving the restaurant. 80% of the time it will be incorrect.

I have never had one order given correctly and the burgers are always undercooked. I will never visit again.
Google says they are 24 hours yet upon arrival they state they are closing @ 12AM. They said they aren’t serving food for the rest of the evening due to closing in 30+ minutes. I’ll gladly travel to the McDonald’s in Zhills for better service and better food.

Website states they are open 24 hours but yet when I arrive they state they are closing at 12AM and have already shut down their grills for the evening. So the hours are incorrect on Google and they stopped serving food 30+ minutes prior to closing.
Sad excuse for customer service as well.

This place has to do better. Drive thru is always a disaster so I ordered inside. Empty sweet tea, no straws to be found and the place is dirty. At least the food came out fairly quickly this time. This place needs new managers!!!
