Has to be the worst McDonald's in the country. The amount of mistakes, slowness and overall care of any customers coming thru this establishment is unreal. Countless times I have come here to wait and have my order messed up. Took 30 mn this time. Thought I caught their mistake by not including 4 piece nugget. Got home and was missing 2 fries and a double cheeseburger. There were more people in the restaurant to complain about missing items then customers at the register. Sucks because their location is close to my house. Last time I wait at a manager less McDonald's.

My food came out late. It's cold now. I'm leaving service sucked. Gave me half to order first time management's awful
Last night (12/3) around 10:30 PM I was in the drive thru. Both drive thrus were open but I realized after sitting at the intercom for 15 minutes that only one side was working. When my husband let the workers at McDonald’s know, they said they were too busy to handle it. We watched as Brett took orders and filled orders all at the same time. He seemed to be the only one working beside the cook in the back. During this time you could see a female manager along with another female employee laughing and joking while Brett ran around barely being able to keep up. Thank you Brett! You were kind in a situation where you could’ve been completely frustrated.

What is the point of a drive through if you are going to make every single person wait in a parking spot for their food? Ridiculous. Even for one sandwich. They inflate their numbers by doing this and pretend they are getting food out in a timely manner.. but they are not. This is literally every time I go.

It may just be my bad luck but I’ve been to multiple locations and I order the same thing every time number 7 with a sweet tea and I always get warm fries that have been sitting for god knows how long and I always get Luke warm hamburgers sometimes like rubber can’t be picky because when I buy this it’s usually around 2 to 3 in the morning maybe it’s better during the day I’ll never know I work graveyard
I ordered online took forever to get there because of traffic just to be told to go park. I sat for at least 10 minutes Then I seen the guy carrying a bag of food back in and I said that’s probably mine so I followed him in everyone standing in line waiting on mobile app orders so I have to ask why use mobile app at all.

I really don't like going to this McDonald's you pull up you do your order you pull up to pay you pull up to pick up your food and they just send you to sit and wait on the side in a parking spot when there's six other people waiting and it's only so they can make it look like their servicing us faster than what they are they have a 2 minute clock on the window per vehicle and if they get them done faster they get bonuses tired of corporate

This store is mcdookie. I hit this location maybe one every few months and i don't think I've ever received my order correctly.
They missed my orange juice so I opted to go through wendys for my juice.
The guy on the mic was either eating the micr dealing with some of the worst equipment.
