We love the froyo and fun spoons. This used to be our Friday tradition but there is a weird smell in there now which deters us

The phone rang for 15 minutes straight and no answer. Myself and 2 other customers were waiting in the lobby to pay while the only 2 employees were in the back for more than 10 minutes. Not pleased!

Complete lack of customer respect, lady working the counter on 8/12/2025 lacks the proper decency to address customers as she should be.

Menchies is one of our favorite spots. 4 stars because it was a little dirty (kind of to be expected with kids and tubs of froyo), but the topping bar was clean and well kept!

Flavors always good! The establishment is always dirty, sticky, and smells like a dirty armpit. After going multiple times, we determined it is the place itself self that smells. While we do see staff tidying the place up, I am not sure if they are actually cleaning and sanitation it. The floor is extremely dirty which could add to the smell factor.

We have been going here for awhile and I've noticed it go downhill. Employees are friendly and keep the place tidy but the owner really needs to come in shut the store down and give it a good cleaning. From the floors to the walls, everything. It's just so dirty and needs some serious attention. The merchandise hanging pathetically on the walls has froyo splatter on it, floors are filthy also it would be nice to have the peanut butter flavor like the other locations. We visited the Sarasota store and it was very well kept lots of froyo selections.

You get a cup and are charged by weight. They have 10 flavors of self serve soft serve. Chocolate, oreo, and cake better with caramel chip sprinkles and cool whip were phenomenal! Service was great. Got 2 cups half full and spent less than $10 Highly recommend!

i love the selections, affordability and rewards app. i just wish the staff was a bit nicer. they don’t greet you and just stare at you the whole time, and offer no smiles when checking out. we ate outside as we were too uncomfortable to sit inside. other than that love this great little spot!

They have a nice array of fruit flavors and normal flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, cookies and cream, and cookie dough.
Prices are very fair and affordable too!
The best part is the endless toppings you can put on the ice cream such as Reese’s pieces, Oreos, butterfingers, cookie dough bites, etc; I will be going to Menchie’s for as long as I live.

Came in a few minutes before closing time, started filling a bowl for my daughter, but we were refused service. As well as another family behind us. I even explained to the worker that we would pay for it and leave, but she would not allow us to buy any frozen yogurt. The workers were very rude, and wouldn't let me keep the ice cream already dispensed, nor allow me to pay for it. I assume it went into the trash. This was our first time and we will not be coming back!.... Deserves ZERO stars!

So yummy! It was really good. Lots of interesting flavors. They had a big toppings bar too. They charge you by the weight, so don’t go overboard! I was hoping there’d be more flavors available. There was also a machine or two that weren’t operating at all. The toppings bar could be cleaned a little better. There was food scattered all over the counter. Overall, I’d still come back. It tasted good and I love the little spoon that they give you.

love this spot. very affordable. rotational flavors. cake batter flavor is the best. i just wish they were more consistent with keeping the toppings in stock.
