Moe's Southwest Grill

I was very disappointed to see how bad this place is now, to start the girl who was preparing the food did not have a hair net and had her bangs hanging out while preparing the food. The other girl in the registry had no costumer service, they were both very short of words. The drinks station was dirty, the ladies bathroom was dirty. Food was ok and price is fair, but won't be back based on staff and atmosphere.

Partner ordered food for us and I broke my tooth on undercooked rice. Manager was unprofessional, didn’t seem to care and created a hassle for me for compensation, which I’m not guaranteed. This isn’t the first time they have served undercooked rice, but this will be the last time to eat from here until they learn how to cook basic rice. Basics guys, should be the easiest thing for you to make.

This place isn't what it used to be. There were only two people working the counter, and they were being juggled back and forth between checkout and making orders. There was a line of about 20 people and they didn't even bother to welcome me and coming in the door. There's no more welcome to Moe's. They are just nose to the grindstone. To keep up. It is a shame there used to be five workers and a happy group. The prices have also increased dramatically. Options are down, and there's no more condiment station.

If I could give atmosphere a zero I would. The place was disgusting. Floor was a mess, salsa bar was gross, no ice, slushie machines leaking and dropping all over the floor. And the cherry on top was the women's bathroom had no light!!

Room felt like a sauna walking in. It was dead inside, with a group behind us to order. Idk what the person was talking about a month ago rating with 5 stars and amazing environment... This place was filthy, trash on the floor, grease (fresh and clearly days old with debris) all over the windows by the food, meat was clearly cooked and dry. The food hardly tasted like anything. The corn had the most distinct flavor in the entire burrito with seasoned rice and steak. Topped off with empty salsa at the salsa bars with salsa cups scattered across the counters. This place has fallen pretty hard.

Worst Moe's experience ever. This location looks run down, damage on the walls everywhere you look. Bathroom is disgusting and the woman's bathroom is out of order with no light. Salsa bar is empty, staff says they cant make salsa because the blender is broken. The chips are terrible and chewy. Food behind the line is all over the place and looks unappealing.

This Moe’s location is in an absolutely disgusting state. Nearly every table was filthy, the floor was sticky, and the trash cans were overflowing. The kitchen looked chaotic and completely unsanitary; a total health hazard. It’s shocking that a restaurant is allowed to operate under these conditions. This was my first visit, and it will most definitely be my last!!!

Hadnt been to Moes in ages. We went to one in Wesley Chapel. Really enjoyed the burritos and atmosphere. Will go back again.

Not the Moe’s I remember. First, you have to tip them for making your food. There’s no option for zero tip. The chips were stale, almost all of the tables were empty and dirty and they were out of napkins.

The worst Moe’s order I think I’ve ever received (ordered delivery). Both bowls came just like this and were missing 50% of the items we asked for.
