Somethings changed. The chicken quality and taste wasn't good at all. They now have smaller bowls so of course the quantity of food is smaller all while they raised the price. I was very disappointed, so much that I most likely will not return.

Had not been to a Moe's for a while and unfortunately it looks like quality has gone downhill. Terrible value, Chipotle is certainly a better choice. Will not be returning

This is the most disgusting Moe’s I have ever eaten at! The floor was littered with old crumbled chips, all of the tables had food on them like they had not been wiped down all day. I wiped my own table down with a Clorox wipe and the wipe was BLACK. There was a giant leak in the ceiling by the register just pouring brown colored water. The food was also subpar for a Moe’s, the cilantro lime rice was just white rice, no seasoning. For being at Wiregrass Mall, I really expected more from this location. I will definitely not be returning here.

What an amazing first time at moe’s! So pleased with this restaurant! Manager on duty Trevon served us with a smile and gave some of the best costumer service we’ve had in a while! All employees were working together as a team. services was prompt, restaurant was clean, and the food was amazingggg 10/10 recommended

Ordered Togo at this location for dinner tonight, got home and my order was completely wrong. As frustrating as this was everyone makes mistakes. What makes me upset as when I called to ask them to remake it, the person on the phone just sounded annoyed and dismissive. When I showed no one apologized or said sorry nor did anything to make up for me having to drive all the way back like offer a drink or refund my dinner. Just overall not a great experience.

I come to this location very often! Everytime i ask for extra food and state (I don’t have a problem with paying for extra) it always seems to be a problem. Especially with the guy manager ( Older short white guy with gray hair) Hope we can fix this issue going forward ASAP!

We just went to Moes for the first time today anf it happened to be this location. We were not greeted upon entering. The teenager there took our order with the most negative attitude. You could tell he was ready to go home. We did go at 8:30, so they still had 1.5 hour left open (plenty of time before closing). The food was dry, it did not smell fresh, frankly everything had a weird taste and almost made both my husband and I sick. We had to throw away the food after a couple of bites and figure out dinner at home. There was no more queso and the guy just took the cold cheese bag out of the fridge and poured it on the food. It was disgusting to watch. On top of that, chains like these need to understand that they are paying their employees to provide a basic service and does not merit tipping like a restaurant where the server provides a service beyond the basic job that they’re paying their employees to do. Worst waste of my $36 today. I’d rather go to Chipotle. Even on my worst experience at Chipotle (which is rare and we have been there quite a few times), it has never been as bad as this.
