This place and food is AMAZING! I got the Cubano with the roasted pork. That was THE best roasted pork I have ever had. So flavorful and moist. Excellent sandwich. Someone else got a make your own bowl with chicken, was was also to die for and another person got the Cuban Nachos with the fried plantains for the chips. Another delicious menu item. Their sauces were very tasty and added just the right touch to our food choices. Luis, the owner is just incredible! Super nice and friendly. You just can't beat the food here. Highly recommend!

Some of the most delicious food I’ve had lately, and one of my favorite restaurants at The Krates! I ordered a build-your-own bowl most recently. The chicken was so flavorful and tender, the slaw has the perfect amount of creaminess and tang, and the cilantro lime rice was so fluffy and the perfect vessel for all the fixings! And the plantains were the perfect added sweetness to accompany it all. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, and I always look forward to my next visit!

Second time here and I was not disappointed. First time ordering a bowl of steak and let me tell you, it was delicious! The bowl is more than enough for one person. (I could’t finish it, it was a lot.) You usually get a small piece of steak when you order from others but this was great. Enough of everything and very tasty! You definitely need to try it!

I ordered Steak with fried plantains. They serve frozen fried plantains and they were soft: they didn’t teste good either. Also very small amount of meat for the price. I don’t recommend this place.

Only have of our order was delivered by door dash. We tried calling the restaurant and noone would answer the phone.

Very mediocre in my opinion. The fries weren't fresh and one of our sandwiches was almost burnt on one side. Prices are a little high. It's $14.99 for the sandwich and another $4.99 for fries and a can of soda (and only 2 selections of soda). I will say portions were okay, but won't likely return. Also, pushing the 4% credit card fee on your customers is petty. That's the cost of doing business and your meals are $20 a person already (sandwich, drink, and fries).

We loved everything we ordered, I wanted fried cow but on that occasion they were not making it, but what I ordered was 10, choripan, we also ordered ropavieja, chorizo ​​with tostones, a bowl that had white rice with beans and meat, drink a passion fruit, lemonade and mojito, all highly recommended, inside the restaurant it was hot but in that area it is much more pleasant to eat at the tables outside, which unfortunately due to the wind you may find debris on the floor

The food was absolutely delicious. We stopped in for some lunch. I had the shrimp. It was a little salty, but if they tone down the salt in the shrimp, it would be perfect. I have no other complaints will be back.

My husband and I came here for a lunch date today and I ordered a Cuban sandwich while he ordered the Steak Chimichurri sandwich. Both were delicious and fresh. I am a sucker for a good Cuban sandwich and I am not exaggerating when I say I’ve tried at least 50+ spots in and around Tampa and Wesley Chapel and none of them have come close to this year place! The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is an adorable little spot with plenty of options to choose from. It’s clean. The music isn’t too loud. And it’s surrounded by lots of things to do! We will be back very soon!!

The food was great. We were in the area and decided to have some dinner and Mojo Grill was one of the locations @ the Krates that stood out to us. The food is very well seasoned and staff is very friendly. They have indoor and out door seating as well. So you can bring your 4 leg freinds with you.

Parking: There is plenty of parking around. You can even park towards the department stores on the back side of the Krates

The food is excellent! I eat keto and it's not always easy to get good food to fit the diet, but they had a good variety of sides that I could eat. I will definitely be back.
