Went in for the first time the other night with our girls and couldn’t decide what to order. Mia was beyond kind and helpful with us while we were deciding (somewhat chaotically)! The flavors we ended up getting were amazing, Oreo and confetti, but the great service was what made us write the review. 🙂

Walked in today with my children to buy bundtlets individual cakes. My kids were looking at the store and Samantha looked annoyed that they were walking around the store looking at all the trinkets. It’s ridiculous when you walk into an establishment excited to go spend money and get good customer service only to be looked at annoyed and frustrated because my children are looking around. The other lady working I’m assuming is the manger comes out and starts look at every single thing in the store as if my children made such a mess when the only touched a couple of things!! They were clearly looking at me from inside the store making faces and making it seem like the store had been rummaged. They also had a special I noticed at the register that said 4 bundtlets for $25 with a reusable little tote cooler bag, I paid $25.26 and mentioned to Samantha why she didn’t mention the special to me and all she said oh next time you can use it. Isn’t it her job to provide customers with deals and promotions going on in the store ?? Instead she thought it was her job to walk around the store like a cop looking at me and my kids like criminals for walking around. I will not return to this location ever again!!!

Number one your products are delicious. I had a problem with a male associate. I was trying to explain to him that I never got my buy one get one free coupon after doing everything I was supposed to do on the receipt and he basically told me there was nothing he could do for me. I left the store buying nothing. I went to the site and I sent an email of my disappointment. As I was pulling into my driveway I got a call from the general manager she was not at the store but she told me that if I could please return to the store they would like to make it . She asked me for my story I told her what happened she asked me if I could please go back to the store that they would honor the coupon which should have been done originally. I got to the store and and Daphne came out introduced herself she knew my name she said I want to make this right for you I picked out my two bundts and there was a lady leaving with the beautiful blue bags zipper bag and I said oh I want one I want to buy one of those and she said will you get them by buying three you get the fourth one free and you get the bag I think that's the way it went anyway and I said okay I said I'll take a confetti I express that I wasn't expecting anything else for free and she said no this is because of the experience you you had when you originally came in and we very much want to make it right we appreciate our. I shop there quite often but I have to recognize the district manager of the Wesley Chapel store and Daphne came out she introduced herself she honored the buy one get one free bundtlette she gave me one of their beautiful blue bags and she gave me another apple cider vinegar because I told her I was afraid I was going to miss them. She not only gave me an extra apple cider vinegar Bartlett and I wanted to buy a confetti so I can get the bag and she said no she says I'm going to give you the bag I'm going to give you the confetti button you'll pay for one bundtlette and I was overjoyed I told her I want to pay for what I owe and she says no this is to make your experience a good one and we sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. These these ladies deserve recognition for their service. Because of these two ladies I will remain a long and loyal customer and I will recommend this store or any of your stores to everyone and anyone with much appreciation! I placed an order over the phone with Nataly at the Wesley Chapel store for a gluten-free cake for my daughter-in-law’s birthday, and the whole experience was amazing! Nataly was so kind, helpful, and patient while taking my order, and she made the process so easy. Pickup was quick and smooth, and the cake was absolutely delicious—moist, flavorful, and beautifully made. Everyone enjoyed it, and my daughter-in-law felt so special. Finding a gluten-free cake that tastes this good is not easy, but Nothing Bundt Cakes really delivered. Thank you to Nataly and the team for making her birthday extra sweet—I’ll definitely be back!😊

Always love coming down to Wiregrass for our weekly treat! The girls working there always have a smile on and are happy to chat with us, which you don’t find very often most places anymore. Usually we just pop in for the little Bundtlets, but Natalie helped us find a perfect cake for a last minute birthday party. She gave us the complete rundown from flavors and frosting to decorations and colors. We were very impressed with the presentation of the cake and it tasted just as good as the little ones! And best of all, we didn’t have to order ahead. She stepped back for just a couple of minutes and came back with a gorgeous cake. I was really running low on time and it was very relieving to receive such amazing service.
I’d have to recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes for any and all occasions. Always very clean, yummy, happy, and now even timely! What more could you ask for? 🥰
