My husband and I went to Outback Steakhouse on November 10th for Veteran’s Day event. We sat at the bar. Maleah was our barmaid who did an incredible job in getting our drinks, appetizer and meal. The meal was more than our expectations. Steaks cooked to perfection. The BlackBerry Martini is a must have! In honoring the Veterans, a table was set for the fallen comrade. Many Veterans sat among us in appreciating what Outback has done to acknowledging our military of all ranks. Thank you to staff members who worked tirelessly to make our time a great experience.

A bit disappointed to find out that prime rib is only available Fri-Sun. I opted to try the Bloomin' Burger & I upgraded one side for the spicy/hot cup of Chili. The steak fries looked over cooked in old oil, the bloomin onions on the burger was very greasy. I was not going to eat a hamburger with oil dripping all over it. The chili seasoning was too salty; I asked the waitress to replace it with broccoli. I did get a fresh hamburger with the bloomin onions on the side and a fresh side of hot french fries. My company had two lobster tails which was cooked perfectly, with a salad and baked potato. The primary reason for the one star is that the dining area smelled like a dirty bathroom mop. Although this place was not crowded it was understaffed. I was given an incorrect bill because I was charged for two burgers and for an upgrade on the chili I returned. The bill was corrected per request. I suggest they use different mops for the dining room area and the restrooms, also replace the old mop heads. Waitress should make sure the tab they are giving to the customers are correct, otherwise they could be hoping that we do not catch this. This was at the Wesly Chapel, FL., location at approximately 2pm, on a Wednesday. I will be going to a different location soon to get my prime rib!

Stopped here after a hard day of work. We have not been to an Outback in over 25 years and we were surprised by the consistency. The service was top notch and our meals were tasty and fresh. We complimented the manager when she visited our table. In looking at thd staff performance it was obvious that they were well trained. We will be back when in the area.

Went in for lunch about 4 days ago and not only were we seated fast we had an amazing waitress Gabriella she was funny quick witted and really was super helpful this was only my 2nd time here and can’t recommend it enough it was amazing and I felt really welcomed And will be coming back again
