I buy bagels every day here, lately I have been getting burnt bagels. They don't just look tan they smell and taste burned, extremely gross. We bought a bakers dozen and got 4 burnt bagels. These bagels shouldn't be sold. You can see the burnt bagel on the left and their normal bagel on the right.

If I could give zero stars for food and quality I would. I went to the Panera in Wiregrass last night and I will never be going back o Panera ever again. The last few times weren’t great but this just solidified my decision. I got a you pick two. A cup of tomato bisque and half a grilled cheese with a drink for $15. I get my food and take a bite of my soup and I’m chatting with my friend and after my bite realize there is a texture on the spoon. I wanted to throw up. I look at the spoon and there is dried food on it. Absolutely disgusted I just used this I went to asked for a clean spoon and the gentleman hands me another spoon and it’s covered in food and I said that so he’s digging through all these spoons to try and find a clean one which is just gross to know my utensils came from a dirty batch. THEN I finally take a bite of my grilled cheese and it’s not even cooked in the middle. Honestly so disturbed and disgusted. I can’t believe my experience and really sad I wasted $15 and risked my health on Panera.

Pretty good, wanted to order from the digital thing but when I went to pick dine in, the computer asked me to get a buzzer and tell them the number on it there just wasn't any to be seen so I just decided to do take out.
