I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s location several times, and the pizza quality is always consistent and delicious. Whether I’m picking up in person or ordering online, the experience is smooth and reliable.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. On the rare occasion there’s a question or issue, they take the time to listen patiently, address the concern professionally, and offer a logical and fair resolution. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days.
Highly recommend this location for anyone craving a great pizza experience backed by courteous and dependable service!
Ordered pizza with 4 toppings got a pizza with only 3. They said they were out of green peppers?! Publix is right there. Anyway, blamed it on the app, even thou the box had the ingredient right there.
Pizza was ok but it's not my favorite. Like most restaurants they are hit or miss unfortunately.
The females over there are amazing one of the females with a long blonde hair is amazing don't know her name but she knows my order and me that gives positive me vibes about my pizza and that my pizza is perfect and on time
Ordered a couple of pizzas for my sons birthday party. Food was hot and ready when I arrived. Love the garlic dipping sauce

This place has HORRIBLE PIZZA!! I ordered 2 XL pizza that was supposed to be The Works! The pizzas had barely any vegetables on either one of them. This place will never get another dimension from me or my family! They should be stripped of the "Papa Johns" name because they don't live up to the quality pizza that Papa Johns is known for!! I spent $50.00 on 2 pizzas and they were both the same. Disgusting!

The worst customer service from a food chain restaurant I have ever experienced! The store manager who identifies herself as Mary Waters, who reports to Rodney, lacked any eagerness to assist, provide resolution or show any empathy. I placed an online order at 2:13PM to be delivered at 4:00PM. I received a text at 2:14PM the food would be delivered at 2:52PM. This was for my daughter's birthday party therefore I very specifically selected 4PM. I called to ask Mary to ensure my order would be delivered at 4PM as requested, Mary proceeded to state I should have selected the later date and cancel the order and redo it. I explained I did select 4PM on the website, and mentioned the inconvenience this was as I was already charged $100 and asked if my refund would be immediate. Mary stated 24-48 hours but I only budgeted for $100 for that day. I had no choice but to cancel the order and drive to Marco's where I spent $65 on a different payment method, for the same amount of food. Mary did nothing to resolve and to make matters worse, I get an irate DoorDash driver calling me, asking me why I never canceled the order with them. I ordered on the Papa John's website and if the order is canceled, why would I be responsible for notifying DoorDash? Mary lost her store $100 and could care less about it. Find someone new to run this store!

Never again! Haven’t had papa John’s in several years. Ordered it for work two weeks ago (only place opened) and it was horrible. Everyone got sicks with GI issues.
Done! Will never eat that crap pizza again.

They no longer deliver to my community which is fine, I was still determined to have papa johns for dinner but after this pickup I’m not so sure. How is it ok to serve burnt food? Unacceptable!

I’m happy they were open right after the hurricane. But I was over charged for two large pizzas. I shouldn’t have to ask for specials. If what I order is what’s listed as a special, it should ring up like a special.

I ordered a Gluten free pizza with extra all veggie toppings, total approximately $23.00 and I got a mushed pizza. Now you know if you've ordered a Gluten pizza, it only comes in a small size so I was very disappointed. I sent a complaint email and noone has responded. Attendant was annoyed I has asked for a few plates and napkins.

I had a pizza order 2 hours in advance, in which after I arrived they told me no your pizza is not ready. The driver took your order to someone else. Did not offer a discount, did not act like they even cared. On top of everything it was a child's birthday party.

Large Half Works/ Half The Meats was well executed and it was fresh. The wings were right and not drowned in Buffalo sauce✅. Overall Great Pizza and Wings.
