Papa Johns Pizza

Despite the mid rating on Google, id didn't have any issus. Pizza was good! Only problem i had was i told the guy at the register that i wanted to get the carry out deal on their website. He told me that i had to order it online. The deal fine print didn't say that but i went to my car and ordered on line. No biggy🤷🏽‍♂

I’ve given this location 3 chances. Every time I order, usually later at night, I get food poisoning and sick for multiple days. My last order has breadsticks with RAW dough in the center. Do better. I won’t be ordering this garbage again

I ordered two pizzas online throughout the app and picked them up within 20 min. The service was excellent and the pizzas tasted good. Papa John's stuffed pizza is way better than other stuffed pizza that I got from different stores.

I’ve enjoyed Papa John’s for years—it’s always been a reliable choice when I need something quick, tasty, and delivered. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Wesley Chapel location was the worst I’ve had in a long time.

The crust was flat, chewy, and stale, with an excessive 2 inches of it on a medium pizza. Toppings were extremely sparse, and this wasn’t just one bad pie—it was the same issue across all four pizzas. For a $65 order, this was incredibly disappointing.

What made it worse was the complete lack of customer service. I tried multiple times to reach someone at the store after delivery, but couldn’t get a human on the phone.

If this had been a one-time mistake, I probably would’ve let it slide and just not ordered from this location again. But the combination of poor quality food and no customer support turned this into a truly frustrating experience.

Walked into Papa Johns and only O N E soul in the store and I needed help with my order and the female there told me and I quote “ I am not aware of our sales, you need to go online” and just like that I walked out!

I ordered for delivery and they didn’t even knock on my door just left my food on the ground when it’s been pouring rain all day and literally didn’t even knock I have no idea how long it’s been here I went out side to talk my dog and it’s just on the ground 15 min before they said it’d be here. And that’s just when I went out so who knows how long it’s been sitting there!!

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s location several times, and the pizza quality is always consistent and delicious. Whether I’m picking up in person or ordering online, the experience is smooth and reliable.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. On the rare occasion there’s a question or issue, they take the time to listen patiently, address the concern professionally, and offer a logical and fair resolution. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days.

Highly recommend this location for anyone craving a great pizza experience backed by courteous and dependable service!

Ordered pizza with 4 toppings got a pizza with only 3. They said they were out of green peppers?! Publix is right there. Anyway, blamed it on the app, even thou the box had the ingredient right there.

Pizza was ok but it's not my favorite. Like most restaurants they are hit or miss unfortunately.

The females over there are amazing one of the females with a long blonde hair is amazing don't know her name but she knows my order and me that gives positive me vibes about my pizza and that my pizza is perfect and on time

Ordered a couple of pizzas for my sons birthday party. Food was hot and ready when I arrived. Love the garlic dipping sauce

My order was left outside my door in the cold on the floor without any notice.

The worst pizza I have ever had came out of this place! The service is also awful. Negative stars !
