Kaylee the GM and Olivia were amazing! We loved this place when we visited it daily 8 months ago, but now after coming back after management change, the atmosphere has improved so greatly, the food has become even more fantastic, and the service is wonderful as always. Thank you so much for amazing food and service, and I give Pasta de Guy a 100000000000/10 stars if I could! Totally coming back here frequently since the updates.

Pasta di Guy is an excellent "fast casual" restaurant. Everything is made from scratch every day, including the pasta. The food is delicious, and the menu lets you build a pasta dish your way. The deserts are traditional Italian and equally tasty. Bring a bottle of wine and sit down to a fun and scrumptious Italian dinner created by a Sorbonne educated chef. I highly recommend Pasta di Guy in Wesley Chapel.

I'm always impressed by this place. I only come here occasionally when I'm craving good pasta, I mean AMAZING pasta. And it never disappoints. NEVER. So come eat here if you're craving AMAZING AUTHENTIC pasta and don't feel like getting disappointed. You won't regret it.

We ordered take out from there tonight and 1 meal was disappointing but the other one was not even edible. It tasted like someone dropped actual plastic in the alfredo sauce, neither of us could bare to eat it. It wasn’t just “not delectable”, it was rancid or something. The other meal was edible but definitely not “fresh/made from scratch” like these reviews say. It was a microwave type meal to me.
