Pisco Express

Pisco “express”. Don’t come here. I ordered my food at 8:26 and received my order over 30 min later. I was completely ignored the whole time while new customers were walking in, ordering, and leaving with their food. Can’t help but think they completely missed my order and didn’t even realize until I spoke up. I won’t be back terrible service. Not even an apology for the wait. Should have just asked for my money back and left but I waited too long already and all the other restaurants were now closed.

The lomo salteado was bland for my taste. I eaten at other Peruvian restaurants and the food has been way better. It was not terrible but just ok. Service was ok but I was really upset to see someone get there 5 minutes after i ordered, and get the same plate i ordered before me. sit down and receive his order before me and I had to wait another 10 minutes after that. I didnt really feel the vibe in there probably because I was already bothered with my experience. I did have an empanada that was pretty good. Overall my experience was ok but I'm not ever going back.

I have eaten here multiple times (I live across the street) July 16th I called in 20 minutes before they closed. Maria tried to get my card number over the phone, which is NOT their typical practice. I told her I would be at the restaurant in 5 minutes and that I would pay there because she has stolen tips numerous times. She hung up on me, then called back on accident and hung up again. I called back and she just kept asking for the card number. I showed up (of course the order was in, since they don't actually need your card number).

Today July 18th, I'm now receiving calls from Maria at the restaurant harassing me. I didn't push my bank to press fraudulent charges after the tips have been stolen but now I will have to since she has started harassing me. Pictures below of the phone calls.

Incredible food- one of my family’s first times eating Peruvian food yesterday here & loved the new to us flavors. Small dining space but they work hard to make it work even for larger parties, we liked our counter seating inside. Waitresses were very friendly to us and even answered a couple questions my mom had on their ceviche. Which was sooo good by the way. Delicious passion fruit juice, also potato cheese app. Would love to come back.

Great food. Good service, could use more space it gets crowded! and perhaps increase the variety of their menu to include other traditional dishes like arroz con pollo, seco con frejoles!

I’ve sat down in restaurants and ordered to go a total of 5 times all together and the service is ridiculous waitresses don’t care for customer service they never pick up the phone and always have a excuse even when it’s not busy. Came in one day sat down to be serve and was outside with a group of 8 people checked inside and no one ever came outside for 30 minutes we left. The food here is delicious, everything is always fresh but the staff can care less about customer service. Coming from a patient laid back guy.
