This restaurant serves great food, but the service is seriously lacking. I waited 15 minutes just for a waitress to come outside and check if there were customers—despite the restaurant not even being full. This wasn’t just a one-time issue either; I actually left on a previous visit due to the slow service and even called to complain, but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. It’s frustrating because the food is good, but the poor service makes the experience disappointing.

Horrible food. At first a very good place with a rich flavor of whatever you ordered. They are already selling processed and frozen food that tastes like nothing. They gave my wife some beans literally taken from the refrigerator without having the delicacy to heat them to hide their poor service in addition to the damaged avocado. The food is barely salty. My family and I ate very frequently at Pisco Express but we don't go back again. They have lost all the quality they had.
Worry about providing quality service to your clients and the money will come by itself. If they worry about making junk food for money, customers will leave little by little. And even more so with all the competition they have around them.

I ordered a dish with beans. When the beans came out, they were as if they had been taken out of the fridge. I've never been served cold beans at a restaurant before. When I asked them if I could have hot beans, it was clear that they just stuck them in the microwave for a long time and then served them to me again. This tells me that their food isn't fresh. Who knows what else they serve that's just been warmed up before put on your plate.

One of the best culinary options for Peruvian food in Tampa, five star attention and service. I will return for sure.

The food here was so delicious. I had the shrimp fried rice and a lobster tail and they were both cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are also quite large. Overall great value for the money.

Ordered the chicharron de pollo. Chicken was dry and tough. Rice was bland. Portion was very small; about 1/2 compared to the other dishes in our order. Not worth the price they are charging.

It was a terrible experience.
Me and my friend wanted to have a delicious lunch, but instead we got digestive problems and vomiting.
We ordered seafood soup and for the second course seafood in sauce and rice.
In these two dishes there was rotten and terribly not fresh octopus.
When we realized that the problem was in the octopus, we had to throw it up, since seafood poisoning can even lead to death! we called 15!!! times to the restaurant, where they were answered once, and when they heard our problem, they just hung up and stopped answering. Of course, we went there and returned their food. I am in the process of waiting for a refund for this. i do not recommend eating there if you still value your life and your health, it is just a disgusting experience and food. Never again!

I ordered the chicken won ton appetizer. They was really little filling in them, and the filling in there was bland. Glad I just tried the one small item.

Seafood ceviche is amazing, and they do not skimp on the amount of seafood in it. Well worth it

So my coworkers and I order here frequently, I’ve never eaten in restaurant. The prices are the prices but for what you get they load up on carbs and not even protein. Their huancaina is not the greatest but if you get a lomo or pollo Saltado expect a ton of fries and barely any meat
