Title: Poor Service and Feeling Ignored

Review: We placed a takeout order via the app and arrived to pick it up. Since my phone had died, I also wanted to order a large pizza in-person at the counter.

For five full minutes, the employee behind the counter (a lady) completely ignored us—despite me saying “excuse me” multiple times. She didn’t make eye contact, acknowledge our presence, or offer help.

The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. As a person of brown Indian descent, I couldn’t help but feel this was more than just poor service—it felt like discrimination.

Thank you for the “awesome” treatment, Pizza Hut. We won’t be returning.

Just received a pizza delivery from Amy. Half of the pizza in the box was smushed, and she forgot our Sierra Mist. We let her know right away and at 1st she offered a refund from the store, but she later text us to say that she would bring $5 back to our home. That is not what we requested. We wanted a refund of our drink and the tip either lowered or taken away for horrible service. Unfortunately Pizza Hut gave the option of a credit. I do not want a credit, take full responsibility for the wrecked pizza and the missing 2-liter drink that we did not receive. I will make sure to copy/paste this review on Facebook and every review site I possibly can. If your store wants to own up to the mistake and bad service, call the # that was provided on the order and make it right. There should be no room for error in an economy where costs are going up. We ordered from you because of your brand, now provide a refund if you have integrity. Thanks.

We ordered a few other pizza’s as well however, I was unable to get a photo of those. I thought the personal pan size pizza tasted better than the other large pan pizza, seems like the recipe changed compared to before. I’ll try it again.

By far the worst customer service ever! Using third party delivery services. they incorrectly delivered the food contacted store and the manager on duty has zero to none customer service experience definitely needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers stated that they can’t cancel the order the same day has to be done the following day expected for us to stay on hold while they contacted DoorDash to get more information plus I have a ring camera and it didn’t show no delivery drivers arriving instead of making it right redoing the order and sending it out ASAP the lady on the phone thought it will be a good idea to argue with my wife basically trying to be little her don’t order from here!. domino’s always gets it right.

Worst customer service to date! I will NEVER EVER EVER order from here again. Whoever the night manager is is completely awful. I ordered on the website, and got the whole wrong order delivered. When I called about it, the lady knew who I was as she immediately asked if I was calling about said order. She said she was the manager, and could not get my food delivered to me. I told her I was working and couldn't pick it up, and asked for a refund. She became VERY rude, told me I cant get a refund and hung up in my face. I called back and twice she picked up the phone and hung up. Third time she answered and said she does not have to do this with me. When I asked her name she said it's none of my business and don't worry about it, I cant report her then hung up again. I called back 17 times between 2235 and 2300, to be completely ignored. This is outrageous. For a manager to behave this way and treat people like this over the phone and behave like a child is absurd. This is NOT who you should have represent your store, or allow her to call herself a manager. Awful tone, awful customer service, awful everything! 0/10. Will NEVER recommend. And I still dont have my money back, over $50 worth of food! Smh wonder if they have my info to call me tomorrow as she never got that from me and the delivery address is my job! 🤷‍♀️

Is the garlic Parmesan wings supposed to be swimming in liquid?? I can’t believe I paid $5 for a handful of fries. The pizza is usually always good here but they did forget the pesto drizzle this time. Also one of the ladies that works there is always in a bad mood, even heard her being mean to the other employees.

Rich is the heart of this Pizza Hut!

Every time I walk into this Pizza Hut at 28670 State Road 54, Wesley Chapel, FL, Rich is there—greeting everyone with a smile, genuine kindness, and respect. He truly is the backbone of this store. My son has autism and is a very picky eater; he only eats pizza from Pizza Hut, and knowing Rich is there gives us peace of mind. He always makes sure our order is perfect and goes the extra mile to exceed expectations.

What stands out most is Rich’s work ethic and passion. He treats every customer like they matter and brings a level of care you rarely see these days. You don’t just come here for the pizza—you come here because Rich makes the experience feel special.

If every business had a “Rich,” the world would be a much better place for customer service. Thank you for all you do!
