Ordered online. Was missing part of the order. Called to get it replaced. An hour later they canceled the order. Told me after calling again that they would just credit it to our account and it expires in 30 days. I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life just trying to get what we paid for. No one at the store answered the phone. And call center or whatever it just doesn’t care. So I guess they just get to keep my money. Absolutely unreal. Lastly, just went to check my account for the credit. It’s not there. I guess I’m just out the money.

When our order was delivered part of it was missing. When we called to let the know we were told they would send the rest of the order. 1 hour later we still didn’t have it and called back a few times. They were extremely rude on the phone. Would not refund our money. Would not deliver our missing food. Would not give us a credit!!! Horrible location. Horrible service!!! Go someplace else!!!!

Worst experience ever..ordered online and it sat in the hot box for an additional 20 minutes as I stood there to pick it up. The lady in charge wouldn't give it to me and said I had to wait until the other 10 people there were taken first. One lady left. Most left pissed off. Do better, be better pizza hut

The management was terrible and disorganized. The background music was just filled with swears Our order was messed up and they offered us a free pizza, we didn't even get it. There was an uber eats driver that was just fed up with waiting for his order

The manager was so rude and he didn’t want to take care of us. He messed up my order and never apologized, instead he have a bad attitude and he start to made comments with the rest of the staff. Very bad experience. My visit was 5/31 at 5 pm.

This is a complaint. In the past I've gotten good service from the delivery drivers. For today the driver left my food on the ground and he didn't knock to let me know he was here with my order. My food was cold and my drink was hot! On top of that he didn't speak English. I work hard for my money just as the next person. I spent too much money to get cold food and a hot drink. And not to have it put in my hands. Very upset and disappointed. This is awful! ?
