The address on the website when ordering for carry out is wrong. After driving 15 minutes in the wrong direction and 15 minutes back I was at the right location. When I arrived I showed the worker the address was wrong and let them know they should talk to someone because they will loose customers over it. The worker at the register dismissively and rudely said “ Yea we don’t control the website.” Absolute lack of customer service. At least pretend you care.

I ordered my pizza for delivery and after being told there was a glitch on the app tracker I was also told these people deliver with a 3rd party and they don’t know what happened with the door dash driver that did not deliver my food, that all they could do was remake the pizza after waiting 2 hours. I will never be ordering from pizza hut again. I wasn’t even noticed they use door dash to deliver. Worst experience I’ve had.

I called 5 times asking your employee a question and because I’m assuming the employee was gonna clock out soon and didn’t want to answer the phone he hung up on me 5 TIMES before I could even bring up the pizza and even disrespectfully called me fat thinking I couldn’t hear him. He sounded younger and had a deep voice and was working at 12:41 pm on Jan 20th shame on you can’t even be a helpful worker

This place is the place to get your pizza. Met with the general manager Rich. Respectful and courteous. Made sure my order as expected. Offered to make changes if needed. Definitely will return. Need more places like this.

The delivery request was made at 12 in the afternoon for an 6pm delivery and called to make sure it was received because the online was glitching and already made me make a new account and lose rewards. At 6pm I called because the website showed delivered at 5:49 but it wasn’t at my home. When I called I was told the system is 10-15 minutes fast so call back if it still wasn’t received. I called back at 6:25pm and spoke to Camron the shift leader who didn’t want to provide his name and was completely rude and dismissive of my concerns. He stated that the drive had mine and another order and that he was on his way and it was my fault for ordering during a busy time for deliveries. I tried to explain that I indeed did not just place my order and it had already been there waiting for 5 hours. He was still rude and didn’t even care when I pointed out that the food wouldn’t be close to fresh after taking over an hour to be delivered and he said the keep hot bags would hold the heat ( it did not). At the end the food wasn’t delivered until after 6:47pm and was cold and nasty. If there were a Papa John’s that delivered to me I wouldn’t even bother order from them again especially since they reset all of points and rewards.

Will never order from there again. Messed up order, messed up delivery and the manager would not work it out. Whole order was thrown out and they lost close to $100.00 besides The only person making sense was the delivery girl, Hayden. Let her manage and the service would certainly improve. Linda

Review: We placed a takeout order via the app and arrived to pick it up. Since my phone had died, I also wanted to order a large pizza in-person at the counter.

For five full minutes, the employee behind the counter (a lady) completely ignored us—despite me saying “excuse me” multiple times. She didn’t make eye contact, acknowledge our presence, or offer help.

The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. As a person of brown Indian descent, I couldn’t help but feel this was more than just poor service—it felt like discrimination.

Thank you for the “awesome” treatment, Pizza Hut. We won’t be returning.

Just received a pizza delivery from Amy. Half of the pizza in the box was smushed, and she forgot our Sierra Mist. We let her know right away and at 1st she offered a refund from the store, but she later text us to say that she would bring $5 back to our home. That is not what we requested. We wanted a refund of our drink and the tip either lowered or taken away for horrible service. Unfortunately Pizza Hut gave the option of a credit. I do not want a credit, take full responsibility for the wrecked pizza and the missing 2-liter drink that we did not receive. I will make sure to copy/paste this review on Facebook and every review site I possibly can. If your store wants to own up to the mistake and bad service, call the # that was provided on the order and make it right. There should be no room for error in an economy where costs are going up. We ordered from you because of your brand, now provide a refund if you have integrity. Thanks.

We ordered a few other pizza’s as well however, I was unable to get a photo of those. I thought the personal pan size pizza tasted better than the other large pan pizza, seems like the recipe changed compared to before. I’ll try it again.
