Terrible customer service. Was told my order would be ready in 23 minutes. I waited 30 minutes only to be told my order wasn't ready and that I had to wait and had no other choice. The guy at the resgister said "we had too many orders and it's out of my hands". 45 minutes later, my order still wasn't ready.
Food was good and hot but the place was just dingy. Marinara was cold.

It's Pizza Hut. You know about the food, let's not bother reviewing that aspect. Let's talk about the employee yelling at the customer in front of me. You see, that customer had the gall to ask for his food that was sitting in the warmer. He was ignored. So he asked a second time. Again, ignored. After asking a third time the customer said he didn't appreciate being ignored, which he was, and just wanted his food. The manager's response: "we don't need rude people like you in our store. If you don't stop complaining,we'll just cancel your order and you can be on your way and never come back again." The customer politely said he was just speaking up to get the food that's been sitting in the warmer while other customers that came in after him were served before him. The manager responded. "Stop being rude or leave. We're busy and we don't need rude people like you in here. If any of the rat of you don't like it (referring to the rest of us) ,you can leave too. We don't want your business." At no time was the customer loud or rude. The cashier seemed embarrassed by behavior and kept her head down.

The Wesley Chapel Pizza Hut (#038716) is absolutely the best. I usually order from Door Dash and have it delivered but had the opportunity to order inside and carry home. I was greeted by Team Member Selenia Caban. Friendly, knowledgeable and was a pure pleasure to meet. I'll be back for more... Love the Peperoni Pan Pizza!

We ordered a dinner box from here at 4:59pm 09/24/23. Asked for it well done with light sauce. There was absolutely no sauce on the pizza, we received a big box of bread and cheese and even that didn’t taste well. I call at 5:46pm to talk to either a manager or a supervisor to let them know and maybe we could have it remade or something. I was placed on hold by a guy supposedly named Oliver, then told that all supervisors/ managers had left for the day. When I asked if the guy on the phone was able to help me , he gave a long sigh and said he was about to leave too so he couldn’t. Which then I proceeded to ask if there was anyone that could attend me that wasn’t about to leave and Oliver said no that everyone was too busy. We will be canceling this through our credit card and will not be buying from this place again. New York New York pizza is way better along with their customer service.
