I was so busy that I didn't realize I selected pickup instead of delivery...I called and they changed it for me right away and my food was delivered quick! Fantastic food, service and most of all people!

We always got take out. But on Friday we went to dine in. We were seated and the waitress to our drink order. Bought out two fountain drinks. Said she would be right back. After about 10 minutes I noticed she was working the counter, so we waited and waited. She never came back. I tried to wave and call another server but was ignored. Finally we just got up and left. We ate at another Italian restaurant. I couldn’t believe the bad service. It wasn’t all that busy either. Lots of open tables. Won’t go back there for a long time.

My experience with Pizza Mania has been excellent!! Whether eating in or dining out, the experience has been GREAT!! The food is always great and the staff is amazing!!
Food was amazing as usual. But, point of sale staff not professional and not experienced. If the order is running 2O minutes later than the scheduled pick up time, just tell us and be up front! Stop saying it's only going to be a couple minutes. We placed the order online at approximately 1:30 for a 5:30 pickup. But, the excuses given to me by the staff was not acceptable....The lasagna was frozen and so it takes longer; we had a big catering order call in 30 minutes ago. When the order was ready not even we are sorry for the delay!

I’ve been coming to this place for over 9 years and never had a bad pizza from them. The staff is always friendly and quick. My only issue with this place would be the smell. Even my mom who Came here weekly stop coming due to whatever plumbing issues they’re having. I don’t think they even realize how much business they are losing due to the smell. It makes me want to pick up a pizza from them less than less because it is never fixed. But again, the Margarita pizza is always superb.
