I was so busy that I didn't realize I selected pickup instead of delivery...I called and they changed it for me right away and my food was delivered quick! Fantastic food, service and most of all people!
Food was amazing as usual. But, point of sale staff not professional and not experienced. If the order is running 2O minutes later than the scheduled pick up time, just tell us and be up front! Stop saying it's only going to be a couple minutes. We placed the order online at approximately 1:30 for a 5:30 pickup. But, the excuses given to me by the staff was not acceptable....The lasagna was frozen and so it takes longer; we had a big catering order call in 30 minutes ago....
