First time coming in and I never know what to order when getting a smoothie but Bella was very helpful with all of the options and knew everything about the smoothies which made my experience 10 times better. I will definitely be coming back!!

3rd time going in workers se you ome in and says nothing. They just kept doing what they were doing. Then come and sy can I help you couple minutes later. Customers should be greated asap.

Very disappointed.. went to get my daughter and i a smoothie while im 9 months pregnant. Bought 2 smoothies, a water but it wasn’t cold so i asked for a cup of ice. Lady stated she couldn’t give me a cup with JUST ice without charging me. No worries i get it thinking it would be $.99 or so but no she wanted to charge me another $10 for another smoothie when i JUST WANTED ICE FOR MY WATER. It’s 90 degrees out and im 9 months pregnant. I simply wanted cold water. I think this policy should change for PAYING customers. I’m not saying for someone who comes in just wanting ice and not paying for anything else.

First time visiting Tampa, and just had to try this place out! Got the Peanut Butter Punch and was so good! A healthy treat, that doesn’t taste too much like protein while still balancing out the other flavors. Service was great - the workers were patient while I was being undecided . Better than Smoothie King for sure. Will come back and visit once more
