This place is simply exquisite. A tried and true American dining experience! The Italian pretzel bites are my go-to and they hit every single time. Fluffy, warm, flavorful. Just amazing. I always get the combo with the drink as well and the drinks are crispy and refreshing. When I worked in the mall, I would visit often and the man working the counter was so kind every time! ?

One? for the pretzels wifes favorite but the problem is the employee on the morning, that guy I think he is Hispanic and (is not about race what im going to say because i am born and raised in Puerto Rico) it seems he's not happy with his life and hate everyone you cannot make him a question because he'll be sarcastic with bad attitude and bad customer service, is the second time this happens to me with the same guy, good thing i have self control and i avoid problematic situations, so if you cannot have 100% of self control and handle arrogant toxic people without work ethic and problematic, please avoid this spot when the guy is working or you will have legal problems for slapping this guy. Wait till you see the lady that used to be there she was good.... I used to go mostly on Mondays and Tuesday since I owned some shop around the area, but I will not come back and keep my happiness intact.

The cinnamon sugar Pretzel bites are so good. They also have very friendly service. The person who helped me was super nice and went above and beyond with customer service.They are better than the chain pretzels like another reviewer said.

Luis Burgos was the cashier and I'm assuming his wife Joanna was making the food. He had really nasty customer service, the food tastes like soil also. He wasn't sanitary either. He had long nails and anything was under them. He actually was a manager at red lobster before and he upset many people by how he harassed others and was very inappropriate. He most likely recognized me because I was one of the people he was disrespectful to so he hardly looked at me and glared every chance he got.

The pretzels were good and they have "good ice". Iykyk. But I'm giving two stars because the customer service is terrible. There was a really nice young woman at the register being trained. The older lady in the back was nasty. I thought I ordered the combo with cheese sauce. When I asked about it she immediately got rude. I tried to pay for it and she said, I'm not going to argue and rolled her eyes. Learn how to deal with customers who have questions.
