The peanut butter balls and cold brew pb coffee smoothie is the best combo in the world! They do leave the door open and there is an open counter that leads to the kitchen, so it's not the most toddler friendly setup. Most people have meetings or bring their laptops to work and eat/drink coffee.

Super good food and drinks. Friendly staff and a great place to go to meet up with friends or do work. They also always have fresh flowers on their tables which is a nice little touch that shows they pay a lot of attention to detail and creating a really nice atmosphere

Great matcha. Anna is a barista goddess. Would recommend getting a drink from her.

Provisions is unexpectedly quaint and lovely, located inside the Krate area of the Grove in Wesley Chapel.
There’s a lot going on at Krate, so it was a really nice change of pace stopping in here.
We really enjoyed the coffee! Luckily it was just us, and even then it was slow to get our coffee. It was very handcrafted with even an actual bit of toasted marshmallow cream along the rim. So it’s gourmet, and worth the slower serve time but I can imagine it gets backed up when there are more people there.
Coffee is good, they use a great local roaster. Their drip is good and balanced. Also had a cappuccino & a cortado, both were good. The cortado could have had better texture but it was busy and I saw them have a little accident while frothing the milk, no big deal still tasted good 👍
Their pastries are great, this location & their other one always have great pop tarts but they go quick.

The atmosphere is great. It’s extremely clean, modern looking. But that’s as far as it goes. The treats taste pretty good but it’s extremely over priced. Almost $7 for a pop tart. Additionally, the service from the majority of the staff is non existent. They won’t contact you until you get to the front of the line despite waiting for a long time. Advise to the owner, if you are going to be this expensive, the service should match up to the price tag. The staff needs proper training on customer service. I’ve been here several times so it is consistent. I would like this small business to strive so I say all that out of care for fellow business owners. I’ll

really want to like this place, the drinks aren’t bad, but the service is consistently off. Every time I come in, I feel like my order somehow annoys them, even though I just get a coffee and a sandwich.
Pretty disappointing experience, order a sandwich and a drink. When I got home, I realized my sandwich only had the biscuit nothing inside. I drove back, and by then the food was cold. I politely mentioned it, and the woman at the counter just took the biscuit and said, “We’ll add the rest, sorry about that.” I was honestly confused , why would you take a cold, hard biscuit and just throw a fresh egg in it? I asked if they could just make a new one, but she didn’t seem to care.
I’ve worked in the food industry for years, and I’d never serve something like that to a customer. I didn’t make a scene, but when I finally sat down to eat it, it tasted awful. I just threw it away.

Have been there twice and both times they have messed up my order. The first time we walked in ordered our food and then after I got my coffee I went and ordered bagel bites they told me they would make them and it would be ready in 5 minutes 20 minutes go by and nothing I go to the front and ask if the bagel bites will be ready soon and they said oh we forgot to make them we can make it right now it’ll take 5 minutes so I was like no I don’t have more time I have been waiting here for over 20 minutes so I asked for a refund. Today Saturday Oct 4th went again and made an order ahead so that no details would be missed I got a breakfast burrito (with extra bacon jam on the side that cost me an extra $1) and two drinks both drinks were delish but as I open the bag there isn’t any bacon jam on the side. Good food but needs to be more organized and double check what customers are ordering !!!

The girl was friendly and the coffee isn’t really acidic, it’s smooth and delicious !!
I write probably 1 review a year.. I’m compelled to write one for Peovisons bc Wesley Chapel desperately needs good breakfast cafes. Provisions has potential but they cannot get their problems solved. Between their first location and this new one at the Krates, customer service is their Achilles heel. It’s so frustrating to continue to give this place another chance and be disappointed.
They forgot one of our items, we waited 45 mins for a breakfast sandwich. They provided meals to 4 customers in the meantime. Lied about forgetting the sandwich and did not apologize. They employe young ppl who are snooty and unprofessional.
The breakfast burrito sucks. They burn their bacon. They use unhealthy Almond milk. It would be great if they could just care about professionalism and quality control.
The vibe seems as if they only care about their friends who come in and the rest of the customer are nuisances.
Also, how hard is it to get highchairs….

Everything about Provisions is amazing! Staff is very kind and communicative! The coffee, especially the specialty lattes are my absolute favorites! And I’m always excited to see what the flavors of the month are! I don’t think that I’ve had a homemade pop tart that has been a miss yet!
