This is our go to when visiting Wire Grass Mall. Quick service, good food.

The food has gotten very expensive. I tried doing the 9.99 meal special. Waitress, AP, explained I would need to order a soda instead of a water, because the deal wouldn't work with water. I said okay. She brings the soda, adds it to my tab as a separate item with the deal applied with water (which she previously said wasn't possible). So I paid extra for a drink I didn't want. We waited an extra 15 minutes to be seen by her, then left. The bill wasn't fixed. She was the only waitress on our side handling all the tables at the shift to dinner rush. Management needs to step up when a rush occurs instead of standing around chatting and staring at their frantic staff. Never again.

Not sure what the big to-do is with this place. The food is mediocre, overpriced, and bland. I will say the service was prompt and attentive, which was great because the blaring music made it impossible to hold a conversation or even think in complete sentences let alone enjoy a meal. Definitely won't be back.

We tried Red Robin out for a birthday lunch. Overall it was a disappointing experience. We had 3 burger, 3 drinks and an appetizer and it was $95. The burgers were very average, nothing special at all. The mozerella twist appetizer was cold, we had to basically beg for drink and fry refills, there was a large black curly hair on one of the burger plates, and to top
it off, the server completely forgot we told them there was a birthday at our table and we never received the birthday dessert she offered. We will not be going to Red Robin again after this visit.

I went to this restaurant yesterday and specifically informed my server that I have celiac disease and require a gluten-free bun, as I always do when dining out.

When my burger arrived, I noticed the bun looked glazed and different than usual, so I asked again if it was gluten-free. I was reassured that it was, and it was also marked with the restaurant’s purple allergy stick, so I trusted that it was safe and proceeded to eat it.

Within minutes of finishing my meal, I began experiencing itching in my throat and hands. I alerted the server, and the manager was sent over. He confirmed that the kitchen had accidentally served me a regular wheat bun instead of gluten-free.

I felt betrayed not only by the kitchen’s mistake, but also by the server, who did not verify the dish before bringing it to my table — especially since the buns are visually distinct and this was flagged as an allergy.

As a result, I spent the rest of the day and the entire night extremely ill. I also had to miss work, while still trying to care for my four children, and I was unable to go to the hospital because I had no one to watch them.

If you have food allergies, celiac disease, or any autoimmune condition, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. They do not take dietary restrictions seriously, and the consequences can be severe.

Whoever says this red robin’s service is slow or sub par, doesn’t understand how incredibly under staffed they are. i, myself, a waitress can see how hard most of the servers work. Jordynne specifically, is an amazing server. she got double sat AND got called in early and still made our experience good. we’ve had her several times and she’s always been excellent at her job. i hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

We had a great time with server Jasmyne and mgr John. It was our first time at Red Robbins and they made it so exciting with the great customer service, prompt endless fries and patience as we reviewed the menu. Their support team was outstanding as they all worked together bringing the refills. Thank you for a great experience.
