Worst experience ever food was horrible and cold wife got food poisoning please stay away
I've been eating beef, chicken, veggie patties, and coco bread for over 45 years in NYC, and they have the absolute best, freshest patties and coco bread I have ever tasted hands down. Whenever I come to Tampa, Wesley Chapel, we gotta make a stop at Rhythm Pon DE Grille. The other foods, oxtail, rice and peas, jerk chicken, etc, are also EXCELLENT.

The taste of the food is great, however for the curry chicken and brown stew chicken dinners, there are too many bones and not enough meat in the servings. It has happened each time, so we probably won’t be back, it’s disappointing.

I was going to order Jamaican food as I did in NY but found this one really expensive; three times more expensive to what I paid in NY for a one person meal.
This place used to be amazing when they first opened. Now the food is just okay or miss the mark in terms of authentic Jamaican flavor. The atmosphere is usually good but there's one girl who works there that ALWAYS has an attitude and is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Despite that there's another lady who is very nice and friendly, you can tell she has great customer service. I don't think I'll be returning anymore because the price no longer justifies the food and the service.

Add macaroni & we good
I had the large jerk chicken at Rythm Pon De Grille, and the food was full of flavor—really tasty and well-seasoned. However, I was disappointed that the meal didn’t come with a drink, especially for the price. The tables weren’t clean when I arrived, and the inside of the restaurant was quite hot, which made it uncomfortable to dine in. Overall, the food was great, but the dining environment needs improvement.

Picked up some Curry Goat, after a recommendation from my supervisor, Marlon, and the goat was cooked perfectly, curry flavor was on point. The curry chicken patty was also outstanding

Overall the food was good. I'm from NY so I was looking for a good Caribbean restaurant. I ordered a vegetarian meal which was rice n peas, plantains and cabbage. The rice was nicely flavored with coconut but could've been cooked a bit softer. The plantains were good but not eeal sweet and soft. I've been told that it's hard to get plantains that ripe nicely here. The cabbage was lovely and cooked perfectly with bell peppers. The cabbage seemed ro be cooked in coconut oil which was unusual esp since rhe rice
I got the curry chicken and lawddd have MERCY I loved it. The curry wasn’t too overpowering and the coconut milk really balanced out the flavor. 10/10
