Below I will add my original review. I wanted to say that Heather contacted me and fixed the issue and was very apologetic for the problem. Customer service is by far the most important aspect of a business. Mistakes happen and stuff gets misplaced. How the mistake is handled speaks volumes. thanks for the great customer service.
