I came to Rinkside sports after a recommendation from my coach due to an issue with my current figure skate boots not fitting properly. Highly recommend Tim for figure skate fittings! I had a wonderful experience finding the perfect new skates. He spent a lot of time with us to ensure I had the proper fit moving forward.They have all the popular brands in stock too so you can try them all! I ended up leaving with a gorgeous pair of Risport skates- five stars!

Just want to say how awesome the team was at rinkside. Justin spent a lot of his time shimming my skates. They also helped me figuring out the best orthotics for my feet. Best pro shop in all of Florida for sure.

The whole staff at Rinkside Sports knows what real customer service is about! I always get the best service from buying skates and fitting to blade sharpenings. Great staff and service. We arrived 14 min before closing after driving for 1 hr. Not knowing all what it takes to fit, oven and sharpen blades ?. Jimmy was extremely knowledgable and helpful giving us the best advice. Justin was also very kind and patient to help us till the end. Thank you. !!! My asughter is very happy with his new free style skates.

Very nice workers, extremely helpful, I was able to get fitted for my first pair of figure skates they also offered to sharpen my blades, they also had things including bags, e-guards etc. If your looking for a pro shop this is the ONE!

I recently had custom skates fitted with Nicole who is very kind, patient and knowledgeable about what she does. She cared well for every detail in the process, from the initial fitting and helping me customize my boots, to the heat molding and mounting the blades with precision. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to get a new pair of skates.

After showing up to pure hockey at 9 in the morning and it was still closed, my brother and I decided to head over to rinkside sports.The shop is small, but most shops inside a rink are. However this shop was packed with merchandise which is not something you would normally see at a shop in a rink.When we went in the young guy behind the counter helped us. I needed new skates and have had trouble finding ones that fit me good, and that I like. Surprisingly rinkside has a foot scanner so he set me up and scanned my foot. We found my foot issue and he started getting boxes of skates out for me. He was super helpful and actually really knowledgeable about all the skates. He spent a long time talking to me about skates and what I liked etc. We tried on probably 4 pairs of skates and we did something I haven't been able to do. We found a pair of skates that fit me greatThe customer service here was top notch and I'd give 6 stars for thatif I could. the pricing was good, with a lot of stuff cheaper than pure hockey down the road. I will definitely come back and hit them up for other equipment.

Below I will add my original review. I wanted to say that Heather contacted me and fixed the issue and was very apologetic for the problem. Customer service is by far the most important aspect of a business. Mistakes happen and stuff gets misplaced. How the mistake is handled speaks volumes. thanks for the great customer service. Original review: I hate leaving bad reviews and will try to remedy a situation before doing so. I ordered a jersey in April, received it quickly but the name was misspelled on the jersey. I promptly emailed and received a response saying they would get a new one out. Time passed and nothing, sent a second email response was they would look into it. Nothing....third email, same response. Fourth email, no response. Called twice, left messages and never got a response. Messaged on facebook and no response. So now at 2.5 months roughly since ordering, no new jersey, no refund. I have to use this company due to my son's team using it but otherwise I would not do so.
