I have dined here twice; once with my wife and a second time we brought the kids (8 and 3) and both times were fantastic. The food is delicious, the service is attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is fun! The restaurant is clean (looks and smells) and well lit yet cozy.

Great date night spot and just as good of a place to bring the kids.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment following a recent visit to one of your restaurant locations. After being a loyal customer for over 13 years, I was shocked by the way my family and I were treated, particularly by the manager who also acted as our server during this visit.

From the moment she approached our table, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. She began by informing us that the restaurant was short-staffed and that she would be handling our service. She then mentioned that during a previous visit, I had allegedly left a note stating that she was disrespectful and provided poor service. I want to be absolutely clear: I have never left such a note about any server at your restaurant or any restaurant. As someone who previously worked in the service industry, I understand the challenges that come with the role and always strive to treat staff with kindness and respect. I believe she may have confused me with another customer.

This time, I brought my entire family of nine for what was supposed to be an enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior created such an uncomfortable atmosphere that we felt unwelcome and ultimately decided to leave. My daughter, who had to head to work, missed the opportunity to enjoy a meal with the rest of the family because of the disruption.

Typically, we visit the Dale Mabry location where we are always treated with the utmost respect especially by Edgar, who provides excellent service and represents your brand well. This recent experience, however, was unacceptable and completely out of alignment with the standards we have come to expect from your company.

Even if a customer had previously provided negative feedback, it is the responsibility of any professional especially a manager to approach every interaction with courtesy and neutrality. This employee’s actions were inappropriate and clearly indicate a need for additional customer service training.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and ensure that no other loyal customer has to endure a similar experience.

OMG !!! You have to go and try this. First when you walk thru the doors, the hospitality is amazing. The appetizers are so fresh hot and delightful. The street corn, blue crab spanich dip and margaritas. Then the entrées enchiladas, quesadillas, super burritos, barria tacos and burgers. The food was hot.seasoned very well. The vibe was so chill. The Flan was the finishing touch. I highly recommend. The restrooms were clean. I will be back.

This wasn’t just a bad experience it was a disgrace. Better to eat at Taco Bell than step foot in this disaster of a restaurant ever again. During this experience the restaurant was not busy either.

This place deserves ZERO stars. I went with my family and we were all completely disrespected from the moment we walked in. The staff is rude beyond belief. One of the server actually cursed us out in Spanish and just walked away. And when we tried to address it, the manager defended him and practically encouraged the behavior like it was totally normal to insult paying customers.

After waiting over 20 minutes just for water, the woman who finally brought it to us acted like we were the problem. She rolled her eyes at us, gave major attitude, and then just walked off like we were bothering her by simply existing.

An HOUR later yes, an actual hour our appetizers finally came, burnt. We told our server, who said he’d talk to the manager. Then they brought the same apps out again, and guess what? Still burnt. So the manager (with an attitude so nasty you could feel it from across the restaurant) comes over and says, “We’ll take it off your check,” like we should be grateful they’re not charging us for inedible food. Then she just leaves.

Then, finally, the main entrees come out… with 2 minutes left of the kitchen closing. Some of the dishes were cold. Half the ingredients were missing no tortillas, half the veggies MIA, and the beans? Colder than Antarctica. When we brought this up, the manager became instantly defensive and claimed the food had been out for 20 + minutes (blatantly false), and that nothing was missing. We literally showed her the plate and she just said we “need to deal with it.”

When we asked for the check, they still charged us for the burnt appetizers the same ones the manager said would be taken off. We started going through the bill line by line and realized they had added on a few more completely made up charges. And just when you think it couldn’t get worse, another server not even ours started throwing out discriminatory comments and cursing at us in Spanish. Again, the manager sided with the staff and started yelling at us when we were just trying to fix the issue. Also, my family and I were with kids so they heard the curses and discriminatory comments, and a traumatic experience for them.

This place is absolutely TOXIC.

WARNING: This restaurant is a nightmare. The staff is openly aggressive, discriminatory, and profane. They treat customers like trash, the food experience was awful, the service is a joke, and they added random charges so double check your bill.

This was one of the most degrading experiences I’ve ever had at any establishment. I’ve never felt so disrespected and humiliated, especially in a place that’s supposed to serve the public.

No one should be subjected to verbal abuse, discrimination, and harassment from restaurant staff, especially not when they’re paying to be there.

Our server was great! The management and overall customer experience was terrible and in decline. We have been coming here even before COVID-19 and supported this restaurant ever since, but today's experience was regrettable and left a very sour taste, both in the food and the experience. The Manager needs to learn how to satisfy a customer and to take constructive feedback. Our business is never coming back to this chain and I encourage anyone else to avoid this place as the plague. Was great while it lasted, but you probably can get better experience at Taco Bell.

My husband and I absolutely love Señor Tequila in Wesley Chapel! We've also visited the Carrollwood location and had a good experience, but the Wesley Chapel location is truly our favorite.

After a long 2-hour drive home from my husband's Spartan race in Lake Placid, we stopped in for a late lunch to celebrate, and as always, we were blown away. The bartender, Alex, was phenomenal—packed with personality, incredibly helpful with menu recommendations, and provided prompt and attentive service. This level of exceptional service is what keeps us coming back every time—we can always count on consistency!

We ordered the Pollo Acapulco, the Molcajete, and two jumbo skinny margaritas. The portions were generous, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors, presentation, and quality of the food were spot-on, just as we've come to expect from Señor Tequila.

If you're looking for fantastic food, great drinks, and consistently amazing service, Wesley Chapel's Señor Tequila is the place to be. We can't recommend it enough!

Worst experience I’ve ever had here and I usually have good ones.
Ordered our food and somehow the ticket got lost, ordered our food again and food came out received our drinks as we were done eating. Talked to the manager Amanda and no apology and no resolution for this experience just excuses on why it happened.

Today was my first and last time at this establishment, I believe first impressions are everything and my experience at this establishment left little to be desired. I requested the super burrito with no cheese to go. I waited almost an hour for one burrito. Luckily a nice gentlemen asked me what I ordered and went to the kitchen to check on what was taking so long. He noticed i had been waiting a while. Thank God he did because likely I’d still be waiting if not for him. The woman who took my order never checked in or let me know what was going on. The best part about this experience was the gentlemen who saw fit to give me assistance while multiple others just pasted by me as if I wasn’t a paying customer. Furthermore by the time I got my food it was cold.

VERONICA absolutely made our experience here better. Great server!! Good food, I got the super burrito, highly recommend getting the grilled steak. Tender and you can taste the little char on it.
