Freshly made and so many healthy options! I had the signature Insalata Italiano. Perfect lunch after the heavy holiday meals. Will be back to try their wraps and rice bowls.

There was no public bathroom unless I walked a couple of blocks and Iām handicapped. Iām not getting my walker out. The rice bowl had so much ranch on it. The BLT wrap had barely any.

Absolutely disgusting. $40 for two wraps and a āreal fruit smoothieā that turned out to only be ice mixed with sugary syrups, and started separating immediately. Chicken was dry, lettuce was old and brown, and the wrap was stale. Donāt waste your money.

What the heck!! Greens were mixed with mostly iceberg lettuce & not fresh. Dressings were basic off supermarket shelf quality.. nothing original. Absolutely nothing special about this spot.. you can get fresher, less expensive salad out of a bag at Publix. Nothing organic.. nothing special... not impressed in the least. Sorry!!

Very disappointed. Out of all the places to eat, I chose this as a better option. Ordered a blt wrap and Broccoli and cheddar soup. There had to LITERALLY be 1 strip of bacon in the entire wrap, if that. The soup was LITERALLY cheese water as there was only speckles of broccoli in there- not a single piece of the vegetable in there. $19 (including a bottle of water) is outrageous for what I was given.

Nope, cannot recommend this place! $15 for a salad made of wilted, browning lettuce (some even turning pink) and a tablespoon of black beans for $0.87 extra? No thanks.
My friendās rice bowl was forgettable, and I ended up tossing most of my āsaladā in the trash and making a fresh one at home with crisp produce from Boyette Farms ā enough for four meals for $20.
If youāre okay paying restaurant prices for expired lettuce, this is your place. If not, shop local and make it yourself. Head to to Latin place next door. They obviously have great food. They had plenty of patrons and the wonderful aroma exiting each time the due opened smelled amazing.

Mixed reviews between the two of us. Her salad was delicious, according to her. My Asian Chicken rice bowl was probably one of the most bland, flavorless (yes, I know they mean the same thing) things I've ever eaten...... And I'm from the Islands of Caucasus where we use Ketchup as hot sauce. The thing is, it didn't taste bad, it just had no taste. The veggies, rice, and chicken were all fresh, just didn't have so much as a sprinkle of salt or even pepper, let alone real seasonings.
Maybe it's just what I ordered, maybe not. Just my 2 cents.
Strictly okay. Healthier than the other places in krate. Kids menu pictures are ridiculously almost comically misleading for the chicken. Got extra chicken on the wrap to have a wrap with a very normal amount of chicken, so that kinda stinks. If you're here looking for a good healthy option, keep in mind it is a pretentious area, so you will pay pretentious prices. But better eating compared to what's around, which I would assume is also all overpriced.

Got a buid-your own bowl and a smoothie. Smoothie was good, bowl was definitely not worth it. overpriced for the amount you're getting. All the smoothies are $12 and only about 12-14oz in size. Bowl is not very large for the price either. Seems like it's the only option in the Krate/grove that is healthy-ish, though.

We just went in to eat. We ordered soup, salads, burritos. Everything was very tasty and fresh. We liked the app we used to make the order, you can delete and add many items. The kids were also happy, thank you!
Kid-friendliness: The kids ordered burritos, ate them all, and wanted more.
