Don't expect a meal. This is a bar, not a restaurant. The drinks are good if overpriced. The staff was nice enough but you won't have that much interaction with them. You get served at the bar and hope you can find a place to sit. I will say this: the view is great and that's what we went for.
Hard to find as there are no signs or advertising. You park at the hotel and even when you walk in it is hard to find because there is still no signs telling you where to go. You go up the elevator to the top floor and down the hall. It has a nice outdoor seating area with a variety of tables, chairs and loungers. Small bar inside with some seating. Service was good. I will say there seemed to be entitled guests that even when us and others were ordering they would come up with...

We saw two older couples come in while we were there. One left bc there wasn’t a low top table to sit at on the inside. The second older couple sat on the “couch” type bench seat and held their salads in their hands to eat them bc there wasn’t a low table.
We ordered the Cuban which didn’t look like the menu so I would be hesitant to order it again....
