I ordered a chicken club sandwich the 30 of September at 9:15 pm.
They forgot the bacon and the bun, cheese, chicken was cold like directly from the fridge.
I asked the server who was very kind with us and apologized about that. The server sent us back the sandwich with the bacon but the sandwich was still cold.
The cooker told to the server the oven was already turned off .. 🥴
Is not normal the oven was already turned off 45 min before the closing.
The server at the front was perfect and kind but cookers in the back need to have more respect for the guests.
Is not normal last guests have to eat cold. I was sad for the guests who arrived after us.
Just for the cooker finish his shift 10 minutes earlier ? We pay for that ?
And the worst, my wife took a chicken waffle and it was hot .. 😅🤦‍♂️.

This place always gives me cold fries… even when I specifically ask for “made to order” extra hot fries 😭

Charges for sauce, somehow fails to give you the correct one when they're not even busy.

Slim Chickens is fantastic! I came in to try the Buffalo Mac & Cheese I'd heard about, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. It's the perfect blend of savory, creamy, and spicy. Beyond that single dish, their chicken is always tender and juicy, and you can't beat their selection of dipping sauces. Great service and delicious food make this a definite 5-star spot for me.

I have been waiting there with my family to order some food and they were literally doing everything else apart from taking my order. They had 3 employees busy with the empty restaurant but not one of them came and told me ‘sorry, we will be with you shortly’. They have no basic manners

Me and my great colleague (Both Managers surveying the area for Amazon drivers) stop at this restaurant for lunch....love it, the people there was extremely nice and atmosphere was awesome....thank you for the hospitality! 😊

I’m only doing four stars because I shouldn’t have had to pay $20 for 2 5 piece tenders and it was just tenders and I get their cooked to order but we waited a long time in the drive-through. The tenders with their signature dipping sauce were really good. We drove by after leaving the Grove resort and decided to try it.
