My 1st visit to Slimchickens and i my order was slim some chicken. I ordered the 8pc wing meal but when I got home I found I was only given 7 wings. I was a little upset but thought it wasent a big deal then i find 1 of my wings not fully cooked essentially turning my 8pc into a 6pc. My raspberry lemonade taste like it was watered down and stretched from the last bit they had left for the night. Someone there either can't count, and or they were running slim on the chicken and lemonade.

Food was Delicious!!! Customer service was awful. The young man Joey greeted me and my family by rushing us, rolling his eyes and shaking his head after we told him we were new and we were going to take a moment to view the menu. I had to tell him to not give me a attitude cause i never did nothing to him and I didn’t make him go to work.After that he changed his attitude.

Okay so it was recommend that we try this place and so we did. Nothing fancy to me just another Zaxbys in my opinion. Food was fresh, hot and seasoned. We were almost done with our meal and then my husband took a bite of his last wing and it is under cooked. What a disappointment. Good thing we ate at the restaurant because we were able to address it and we ended up with a refund. Would I try again. I doubt it

Buy a meal of 6 wings and French friesThe potatoes did not have a seasoning, they were like French fries from anywhere and the high ones appeared when the business was slow. They had fried them several times so they were already toasted and hard, hot but hard and flavorless the first time I liked micho today it was my second time at the restaurant and my daughter and my wife don't want to eat that bad food anymore

I was excited to eat Slim Chicken again since my previous experience was good. This time around the chicken wings were dry and super crispy (of course since they were fried, at the bare minimum, twice through the day) and the French fries were cold and did not have seasoning on them, which in my opinion is what makes them tasty and sets them apart. It was very unfortunate to have this experience considering the fact there was no one in the drive through and it wasn’t during the peak rush hours of the day.

We ordered the wraps and they didn't taste fresh. The spinach on it was soggy and could have used some different type of toppings, not just spinach thrown on it. The fries were dry and a little hard like they had been sitting out. Disappointed overall. Been here before and it was better than this time.

Excited to have an option on Sunday for chicken I decide to do a mobile order and pick it up on a rainy day through the drive thru like I was told I could do the last time I visited. I get in line. Wait a long time for someone to answer to only be told that he can’t do mobile orders in drive thru. Then I get stuck in the drive thru line for another 10 minutes because I couldn’t exit to go inside to pick up my order. Then I couldn’t find a parking space to go in and to receive my order so I ended up just having to leave and now I’m out the cost of my order.

I placed an online order, and stated my first and last name 3x but still was given the wrong order when I came to pick it up. I didn't realize I received the wrong order until I got home. Called back to explain the situation and was transferred to a manager. The manager informed me to bring the wrong order back and, that she was submitting the correct order to the kitchen again. I was under the impression that I was at least having my food re-made and it would be fresh. I drive back 20mins getting in out of the rain again to exchange my order. Everything was correct this time but was cold, and the wings were dried out and inedible from being under the heat lamp too long. My receipt had the same timestamp from my original order, so I assume they gave me the same original meal that was stale and sitting there for about an hour. No apology or any remorse was given from staff or management throughout the process, they didnt really seem to care. Spending and extra 40mins going there back a second time kind of through off our day, but I guess its just my problem and inconvenience to deal with.
