I never wrote a review for the 10 years I’ve been coming to this location, but here it goes.
I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe as a grande with pumps of peppermint and classic but it straight tasted like chocolate and coconut. When I confronted this sweet barista, Ella, she eased my nerves and her and the other girl that was at the blender remade my drink. Unfortunately it still tasted like there was coconut in it but I didn’t want to give them a hard time and I had somewhere to be. But before that when I was ordering, the tall guy who might’ve been a shift supervisor (I hope not) seemed very impatient with me before I even ordered like I was an inconvenience. To be honest, the past couple years he’s worked there I’ve never been comfortable with him because of his attitude towards customers. I don’t know if the caramel ribbon frappe I got for my Fiance had any problems because I didn’t try it and dropped it off to him at work. I’ll say the past couple years they’ve had to remake my order every time only at this location, and when you’re trying not to be late for a class or school it’s just annoying. The baristas at the end part of the counter where they make the food are always so sweet but god forbid someone orders at the register.

they run a tight ship lol. came here at 9:45am on a sunday and there were like 10-15 people working super hard there. great food and drinks

I went inside to have some breakfast today with my daughter . This morning there was a gentleman who was making the breakfast sandwiches and a young girl who looks Asian making the drinks . The man shoved the food that I ordered in a Starbucks bag and made a rude comment. When I took one of the sandwiches out, the cheese from the breakfast sandwich was burnt and the pesto sauce was all over the sandwich and on the bag . It looked real sloppy . I asked them to redo the sandwich and the Asian lady gave me a nasty attitude crossing her arms running her mouth . When I told her she didn’t have to be rude she rolled her eyes to talk about me to her staff .. this was today 11/17/2025 around 9:30 am incase there is camera footage . Please look at how I was treated . I left upset as a customer getting the worse customer service this morning .

Fix your cream portion of your cold brew
I love Starbucks however this location is a MESS! Only location that mess up my order every time and when u ask Nicely they give u a very bad attitude only person nice here is Jennifer and she makes amazing drinks… Sunday crew and evening crew awful. And give me always an excuse why drink is wrong I’m just asking to remake it. I don’t want whys

Just got a Vanilla protein coffee. It was so disgusting. Took one sip and threw it away. Its been a miss more than a hit lately and im done with SB. No wonder the drive thru lines were so long before and now the place is almost always empty.
Edit: No one is going to turn around when you're already out of the drive thru. How about getting it right the first time? My time is valuable. Also, no I don't want to share the feedback with YOUR team, that's YOUR job, not mine. Pure laziness. But no worries, I'll solve the problem for both of us by not returning.

I have been getting basically a matcha frappe but not blended for yearsssss! I basically like it because of the cream base in it. Today I go for the millionth time as I do everyday and I am told this sad story that I cannot get my iced matcha latte with cream base anymore. That there’s no way to actually charge me for the cream base. It seems a meeting literally was held about the way I get my drink. Today, the male that I interacted with told me he will make my drink “again”, but that he will need to speak to the manager lol for next time. Btw, the match latte with cream base it’s $6.37. The matcha frappe that already contains the cream base is $6.37. Make it make sense MEGAN (supposedly the managers name l).! I guess I will have to order a matcha frappe not blended. 😂✋

Tons of fun the ropes courses are a blast.
I have to shout out Dylan, who helped my mom and me in the drive thru around 12pm on 10/7/25. We were coming from a very stressful doctor's appointment, on our way to yet more appointments, and emotions were high. Dylan was so pleasant, positive and helpful, and it really goes to show how the little things you do can really turn someone's day around. Thank you for the impact you made on our day, Dylan! Food and drinks were delicious, too 😊

When did “yeah” become an acceptable reply for a customer to saying thank you? Not mad, but not typical of this Starbucks and I’ve been going to this location for years now.
