I came in with my friends at around 6pm and since the beginning the workers looked like they didn’t want us to come inside, they didn’t even greet us. We ordered online and my friend got her drink around 10 min later. I waited for my dish and it never came, i went to talk to a girl that was working and she completely ignored me the three times i tried to talk to her. After a while another worker came and I told her i was still waiting for my order after 20 min, she said the oven wasn’t working and i was not notified about this the whole time i waited for my dish. She told me i could get a refund only if i had the app, so i didn’t even get my money back for an order i did not receive . Terrible customer service at this hour.

Come here every single Morning to get my coffee! This morning there is this person at the drive through taking order , he was lecturing me on how to put an order with an horrible attitude calling me papa …… it took me 20 mn to get my drink while usually it is no more than 5 mn he was slow as hell… and on top of that he gave told me how to make my order while I have been ordering my coffee for two years now and this never happened to me! Come on Starbucks I know you can do better than that !

Four separate times I’ve gone here to have my drink made wrong. With drinks being so expensive and two other Starbucks being on this road, it’ll be easy to never go here again.

Today I had the worth coffee in my live at Starbucks. I’ve ordered a tall Caramel Maschiato! Hot! But it didn’t taste like coffee, or caramel… ? I think the barista needs to be retrained… Qhe doesn’t know how to make caramel macchiato at all!!! I lost my money!!! terrible experience!! That’s never happened to me in my live!!!
Seriously fix it!!!! I love this location and love the outdoor seating. But my experience as of lately has been horrible. The food is not warmed up properly and the drinks have been very very weak or poorly made. I really would love to come and enjoy a cup of coffee without having to change it every time because it was not done properly.
