Starbucks

I come to this Starbucks every Saturday, and I’m always greeted so warmly by Dan. He truly goes above and beyond for every customer—always asking how your day is going and making you feel welcome. This is by far my favorite Starbucks! I actually have three locations closer to my house, but I choose to come here because the staff, especially Dan, make every visit a great experience. Thank you, Dan, for your excellent customer service!

Gen made my drink today and not only did it taste great it looked amazing too. If you want to try my order it was an iced Quad expresso with cinnamon dolce cold foam, lined the cup with carmel, extra carmel drizzle on top, one pump brown sugar, and one pump cinnamon dolce syrup.

Was denied a cup of water for my two year old when it was 99 degrees outside. Was told I needed to make a purchase. Terrible service!

Very slow service and unprofessional service. Came in for a DoorDash & continued to sit for 15 minutes waiting while they play and make other orders !

Over charged me bc didn’t warn up charge for new sandwich. When they corrected it by attempting refund my card they charged me again. They couldn’t fix it, manager was rude and wouldn’t take responsibility. Walked out w/o food or drink, and $15 less. Totally incompetent. Had to call number and talk to rep. Not in my account as write this and she too was just sorry. Update- refund made it to my account eventually. Not compensated for inconvenience and major chunk of wasted time.

Refuses to stay open all the way to closing. Rushed down during business hours only to be disappointed because they want to clean up 10 minutes early.

Got an ice tea and it had no ice. I asked for more ice and she said they were low and no. Rude and I got a refund.

I don't like Starbucks. I went there for my kids and ACTUALLY liked what I ordered. I grew up in Oregon. Starbucks is WAY overrated. This one surprised me as only 3 others have: Lindale, Texas off I20, Seoul, South Korea and Hollywood Studios Lake Buena Vista, Florida. I truly try to avoid Starbucks or not but anything.
