Bad taste of coffee at this location due lack of management, poor service walk in and I was treated like I am really know the sizes of the drinks and I order one latte in one size and I thought was the big one and they say on lattes is one size and need to show more open the correct size on displays and show the difference other than that the quality of food and coffee was good I wish the crew was more attent on make sure everything was ok before handle the order

Never Ever again! Yes, Starbucks is Starbucks but it is so crowded here! We waited 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee!! 45 mins! There is hard to find empty table to sit and huge line ! The kid in front of me, pissed in the middle of the store!! Not appropriate for the family with kid. Because long waiting issues.My always classic is Iced Matcha tea latte. It was good as usual! Atmosphere is good as well if you have time.Parking: Parking lots are the Outlet not Starbucks. You need to walk

My wife and I came to this Starbucks on Monday Feb 12 while shopping. Honestly, it wasn’t very busy but there were 5 workers behind counter and no one spoke up or helped us after standing there for an extended amount of time. So we including the gentleman behind us left. This location really needs to improve on its customer care.

Today I mobile ordered an iced latte and they made me a hot one. They offered to remake it, so i waited. They started to remake the drink, then put the cup down and proceeded to make other drinks. I sat there for 5-8 minutes watching my half made drink sit on the counter. Not to mention the hot drink they made me was a completely different drink than what i ordered.In the past, they’ve filled my drinks half full, made the wrong drink and used the wrong milk (i have an allergy). I’ve yet to have a good experience at this location.
