I went there for a breakfast, they wrongly charged me multiple times (8x - almost 200 dollars) - and I left with no coffee or food. They only said ā€œsorry, you will have to contact call centerā€ , and turned their face away , and I left with no coffee and food. :(

Had an issue with a drink at a different location and they were unbelievably kind and remade the drink to perfection. I never will cheat on my normal Location! Huge thanks to Cat for being so sweet and complimenting on my nails and just helping my day be that much better!

I’m a midwesterner.
They gave me white sugar packets, I had to ask for them.
When paying for premium coffee
I want to get access to ā€˜raw’ sugar
& those wooden stick stirers.
Staff was pleasant as per usual.
Is this a Florida thing or just St. Pete’s trendy budget for the area?

Awesome staff. Always a great experience. However today is our last visit. Our regular coffee order went up from $11.02 to $13.27… to us that is far too much of an increase. We have been customers for nearly 20 years. But a 20% increase… we must say goodbye.

PS… Starbucks profits this last fiscal year were over 30 Billion. Just saying…

If your customer has a concern don’t snap back at them, say you can fix it with an attitude then make the drink wrong. Asked for light ice and the barista that READ THE RECEIPT before remaking the drink purposely put extra ice! Never had an issue with this spot until today…didn’t even tell me to have a great day like normal was she new??
