Plan on wasting 20 to 30 minutes for drive through no matter what time of day!!!!
I went here to grab a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich around 10:45 a.m. on a Sunday. There was a huge line of cars in the drive-thru and they had someone outside getting orders. You would think that this would speed things up but ironically the line didn't move any faster and when I got to the window finally the coffee was like warm and so was the sandwich. The sandwich was cold in parts and only like warm in other parts. There won't be a next time...

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this place. The person having a condescending attitude at the drive thru over a Trenta water when I corrected her multiple times. “You didn’t say that. Did you say that?🤨” “This is the standard” Then how come every other Starbucks I’ve purchase at has never made it an issue. These ‘partners’ are so rude.

Don’t come to this place unless you want rude employees.

Go to the one next to the crates. They’re always nice!:)

This place sucks! Go to Sorbo, a much better cafe, in Wesley Chapel, instead. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and the drink basically only consisted of milk. The very little matcha that was in the drink was clumped together on the bottom. When I politely asked to return the drink and get my money back, the manager seemed annoyed. She said they would return my money within 3 business days - It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received my money back.

Usually this location is spot on with my order however tonight it was a nightmare. I asked for my venti Matcha, Frappuccino to be well blended because at times chunks are left big. When receiving my drink there were a lot of chunks, when asking to remake it the person who made my drink, wanted to argue by saying she already blended it as much as she could. When explaining if that was true then why when I come any other day my drink is made as ordered. At the of the 20min wait my drink was finally made correctly.

I went there for a breakfast, they wrongly charged me multiple times (8x - almost 200 dollars) - and I left with no coffee or food. They only said “sorry, you will have to contact call center” , and turned their face away , and I left with no coffee and food. :(
