Horrible experience. Manger refused to give me extra hot water for oatmeal and tea. The manager tried to make a scene but I left. I contacted the corporate office and they said they will handle the problem but I am not sure because I never received an email confirming my complaint was filed. Do not waste your time at this location.

I ordered a canon ball drink, I got my drink with almost completely ice and literally no fruit at all and no note on the cup. The window girl was rude and would t respond either.

Tables were dirty. Barista was rude and didn’t know how to make the drinks. Took 30 minutes to receive 2 beverages. She screamed at me, not letting me speak, after telling her for the 2nd time she made the drink wrong. The other barista told her the correct way to make the drink, yet she still made it wrong. This is a standard beverage that has been on their menu for quite some time. Disappointing and had to eat my other food cold after waiting so long. Genuinely ruined my afternoon.

I enjoy ordering from this store especially today. I asked an employee about a specific product I was looking for, turns out they dont sell it rightfully so. I was then helped by Ally she was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me. This usually doesn't happen for me, she asked why I was looking for that product and she was able to understand my need, long story short she was able to fulfill the item we wanted. She is outstanding and I will go to her location because of her. Thank you Ally you made my wife very happy!

Overall not worth it, bought 2 drinks and 2 pastries why give one person their stuff and keep the other waiting for 40 minutes even after asking for assistance and a refund 3 times after watching ppl come in order and leave in like 5 minutes but I wait only to get a stale cold pastry and half empty cup never again. No more Starbucks 2026 too many bad experiences, seeking alternatives that’s not overpriced with horrible service. The race card is too easy to add for this area, needless to say I stood out A LOT. Best luck to other patrons 🤞🏽
