I gave them 1 star for service because Stake 'n Shake basically has no service since they redid their setup and took away their wait staff around the covid days. You order on a very impersonal kiosk, then someone eventually pushes a tray of food out and calls your name. You do everything else your self. Nearly zero interaction with another human while inside the restaurant. But, at least their food is really good. LoL

Who runs this place? Literally you order a double and get basically no meat! Paid 10$ for a crap burger and a drink. Looks like a toddler made my sandwich. I guess steak and shake don’t care about the bad reviews

Did not listen to my order I wanted plain patties. They put cheese on it after I said nothing on it. My husband just wanted the patties. We went back to get it corrected and the assistant manager looked at my husband like he was wrong for just asking for plain burgers. And then they got it wrong again when he went to get it corrected. Never again will we be going there.

Every Steak 'N Shake I've been to in the past has felt like a ghost town - this location finally broke that streak. I ordered through a kiosk (because I'm pretty over-the-top with my food orders!) and my food came out right after I sat down. My burger was amazing, and my fries were alright. The restroom could have used a bit of love, but I could tell the workers were busy, which is understandable. I noticed a couple balloon entertainers walking around and making balloons for guests and their children - how cute! I'll be returning to this location again soon!

I ordered some food for delivery on their website, and when my order came I was missing my drinks. I called to resolve the issue only to be laughed at and disrespected by the manager as he told me that it wasn't their problem, and refused to give me a number to cooperate. I really liked this establishment, but it shows that it doesn't matter how good the product is if the customer service is crap. I will not be ordering from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I order meals directly from their website, not door dash or anything THEIR WEBSITE. Food arrived but the 3 milkshakes and the 3 drinks I ordered did not. The Delivery driver did not speak English just kept saying no drinks when the ticket clearly stated it. I called the store and asked for the manager. He was extremely rude. Laughed and said why would your driver leave without drinks? Umm. That’s not something I would know. I asked what could be done if they could send them out and he said “That’s not a problem for me to deal with. You can order more drinks if you want them” why would I pay again??? I asked for corporates number and he refused to give it to me. There is no way he was a manager. In no way should ANYONE in management should speak to their customers like this. As a regional manager in healthcare I am appalled that they would allow this to happen in their stores

I used to think Steak 'n Shake was bad, but I gave them another chance because of the whole beef tallow thing. WOW! My wife and I both agreed - our burgers were delicious, the fries were legit some of the best around, and neither of us felt bad afterwards.
Steak 'n Shake is easily the best drive thru burger spot. It's on par with Five Guys. I'd honestly rather go to Steak 'n Shake. We will be going back. Big props to them for turning things around.

I was stunned that the burger patty was as thin as a cheaper paper plate. AI you order yourself thing not Human Friendly experience. My neighbor said she misses the days when people didn't look at you like your intellect is sub standard.. I Because you bother some one to help you. I agree. A human smile and thank you cant be replaced by now cash or credit..Then it tells you it's credit only..arrrgghh🙄😅

Food was good, now them dam trash cans, are like 4 inch around, trash wont fit, so you have to throw with hand, get your hand dirty with sauce or left overs, why? Why? Other places have way better trash cans, i dont want to touch them, other foods touch the edge, fix them, make them bigger mouth, next time i come here am leave the trash on table, fix it fix it fix it gave a 3 star food is good
