So good and fun to watch! It's amazing how quickly they turn a few ingredients into ice cream. I got an already created one which was key lime pie. It was so delicious. It has lime ice cream with cheesecake chunks in it, and I think graham cracker and then it was on a a piece of waffle cone.

Hubby got chocolate ice cream with peanut butter sauce and
Reese's pieces in it. It was really good as well. They have so many varieties of ice cream and mix ins. You can create so many different things. And to have it made right while you watch is so cool.

The cool air comes from under the counter. It startled me at first l o l. But it was so neat to watch. You've heard of dinner and a show now you've found dessert and a show. Haha. Love it! We'll be back a hundred times over.

I came on sunday afternoon at 7 o clock. i talked nicely “hii can i have a small vanilla….” and just no acknowledgment that she got my order just turned around and started making it like
at least an “okay gotcha” or “okay anything else?”. just something… the vibe was just weird and it was awkward because i can tell she just would rather be somewhere else. which i understand…but when you work with people, your energy definitely changes the experience they have. anyways, me and my family were by the register waiting for our ice cream and she started checking us out without handing us the cups so im wondering where my ice cream is and she just pointed at it where she placed it on the counter. on the complete other side of where we’re standing. was it really a bother to just hand it to me??? plus the ice cream looks just crumbly and it wasnt really that good i forced myself to finish it. seems like whoever works on sunday has other bad reviews for her. she needs training on customer service and a better attitude. i work in an ice cream shop as well and i understand sometimes you just arent feeling it but you should still have a positive attitude to people who are paying for the experience thats supposed to be a cool thing but she ruined it for me.

The young lady was really nice and gave a show when making the Sub Zero ice cream it was really tasty not too sweet and just enough love this place I will definitely come again to try different options

The nitrous effect is definitely dramatic and visually cool, which initially drew me in. Unfortunately, my experience was soured by a very unwelcoming employee working on Sunday afternoon. There was no greeting when I walked in, and the vibe felt off from the start. The ice cream I was served looked nothing like what I expected—honestly, it was the least appealing scoop I’ve ever seen. When I voiced my concern, the staff member insisted I pay for it anyway, with a noticeably bad attitude. Overall, the customer service really needs improvement.

Aside from this being a neat experience, the ice cream was not good. The texture was not creamy and the ingredients are not natural. I got a waffle cup which was stale. The girl working behind the counter was unfriendly and seemed like she didn’t like her job. It’s also on the pricier side. I ended up throwing mine in the trash. Would not recommend.

An amazingly cool ice cream making bar using pure cream and a selection of flavors and ingredients blasted by liquid nitrogen. You select all your mix-ins and watch them turn into a solid mixture like magic. For kids and families it’s incredibly cool to watch the transformation. Highly recommend for dessert in Wesley Chapel!

It was overall a good place and it seems more like a one time thing or maybe once in a while thing. The experience was worth it. It was a nice experience with a good environment. The workers didn’t really say much. And it tasted all right, but like I said before it’s more like a one time thing and it’s for the experience.

It’s not worth the long wait to have one icecream done. The lime italian ice flavor was so disgusting that put it in the garbage right after.

It took 30 minutes to be served, and it was NOT worth the wait! The amaretto flavor tasted like poison! It got tossed in the garbage immediately. The bubble gum flavor wasn't that great and there was this disgusting ash aftertaste that didn't even make sense. Wasted almost $15 on two terrible regular sized ice creams.

3pm on a Saturday and during an open market event and they are telling everyone that they are closed, no explanation, no apologies. Unfortunately it was an example of poor customer service.

Very welcoming and patient. We were first time customers and they took the time to explain their options. The ice cream was delicious ? and the service was great! Will be going again.

I was here on Saturday August 24th outside at the picnic table when my 64 year old mother lost consciousness. They were closed but we banged on the glass and the workers were so very kind and helpful. I’m so grateful to the staff there. They opened their doors despite being closed and let me bring her in and get out of the heat. They gave us free waters and slowly my mother came to…EMS arrived and the workers didn’t rush us or anything. I’m sure they wanted to go home but they were just the nicest guys. I want you all to know that it meant to the world to me and my family that you helped us during a very scary time.
They even brought her some ice cream in case it was due to low blood sugar.

May god bless you. Your boss should treat you to something special! It’s hard to find good people but this place has it!
