Ryan is doing an amazing job, doing the job of 3 people at once with zero help from anyone else. Line of people and online orders all at the same time with a great attitude. You can tell he is over whelmed but doing amazing. He needs a raise or promotion

Heidi is the rudest most disrespectful service worker I have ever came in contact with! Unfortunately 6:30 pm I placed an order online and now 8:00pm. I am out the revenue for this venture. Along with not having the dinner we wanted. Miss clapping hand Heidi “Something done on Jerry Springer” made the order completely wrong. I went back to the subway for Heidi to yell saying she made the order correct even when shown and agreed it was wrong. Raw bread, un-toasted, mixed up veggies along with being sauce soaked in mayo or whatever was put on it. I even watched her stick the mayo covered sandwich in oven and heat it up. “Pretty sure that causes stomach rott with heating and cooling mayo.” So moral of the story if you want to waste your money on subway, a hour of your life, and possibly sit on your thrown the rest of the night. Go see Heidi at subway on 54 in Wesley chapel!

Employee working on 10/23/25 @ 6:45pm was complaining about only he is working and can’t make 2 sandwiches not sure how it is customer issue. I’ll avoid going instead I’ll go to Walmart location.

Just had lunch there and it was pathetic. I got the Thursday special Chicken Bacon Ranch and it literally had a half a strip of bacon and 3 small (very small) pieces of chicken on it. The employee was not very friendly at all and needs to find a job outside of customer service.

I love this Subway. I'm here often on my lunch hour, and even when it's crowded, the workers keep the line moving quickly and are always super nice. I actually drive by another Subway just so that I can eat at this one.

Detavious was in the store alone and he was making sandwich’s, cashing out customers, answering customers questions with accuracy and enthusiasm. And completing online orders! Subway Detavious is a loyal hard worker and needs to be respected and recognized by your company

I placed an online order for a salad. When I arrived at pick-up time, it wasn't ready. No big deal, I waited. But what I witnessed makes me rethink online ordering. Cross contamination is an issue at this location! I, along with several other customers, witnessed the girl picking food out of containers and putting them in containers with different food items. People have allergies! This is an unsafe practice! Then when she was making my salad, she dropped some of the meat on top of some bottles, instead of throwing it in the trash, she picked it up and placed it on my salad! When I said something to her about it she rolled her eyes and turned away from me. I asked her to cancel the order and she didn't respond. So I left. This is unacceptable on so many levels!
