I placed an online order for a salad. When I arrived at pick-up time, it wasn't ready. No big deal, I waited. But what I witnessed makes me rethink online ordering. Cross contamination is an issue at this location! I, along with several other customers, witnessed the girl picking food out of containers and putting them in containers with different food items. People have allergies! This is an unsafe practice! Then when she was making my salad, she dropped some of the meat on top of some bottles, instead of throwing it in the trash, she picked it up and placed it on my salad! When I said something to her about it she rolled her eyes and turned away from me. I asked her to cancel the order and she didn't respond. So I left. This is unacceptable on so many levels!

We stopped here late one night after flying in from out of town. There wasn’t really anyone else there in the store but the man that helped us was such a good time. He made the experience 10x better. Whatever he’s getting paid is not enough for the service he provides. If he hated his job I would never know. He was also very good to let us adjust our footlong sandwiches to be different on each side with no hassle.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch online and it was the worst sandwich I ever ate at a subway. The meat was soggy, not a lot of chicken or bacon and very little toppings. The staff is nice but no care is made with your sandwich that costs $16. So disappointed. I would’ve had a better meal for less elsewhere. 2* because the lunch staff is alright.

I must take the time to recognize Detavious (De) at the Wesley Chapel Subway.
As a leadership level business professional, I recognize the importance of positive workplace attitude and pride. De exemplified these qualities from the moment I walked in until I left.
I arrived late in the evening to pick up a couple of subs. Having never been to this location, I was blown away by the cleanliness of this facility, and even more surprised by the sincere smile and genuine greeting by De. We were engaged in great conversation and his pride and attention to detail shined through. He mentioned he strived to do the best job at whatever responsibility he is tasked with - and this was evident.
I hope this Subways Leadership takes the time to recognize De for his superior performance, and invests in his career growth.
I will be driving 20 minutes out of my way to visit this Subway ongoing, and hopefully when De is working.
I got a BMT sandwich and one of the new roll up flatbread thing it was so bad it was nasty there was two guy working they acted like they didn’t know what they were doing!!! It was around 7 pm last night the one guy closed all the gates I said y’all closing he said yes I said it’s early the other guy said no his going to be by themselves and then The Guy poured out the teams as well. I hope nobody wants no tea. It was just a crazy I don’t know was horrible They’re still open

I enter the solway store around 9:30 and there was two employees one behind the register another one outside ordering food they continue talking and talking and talking and talking and I sit down because I was not getting any attention so when finally the employee behind the register decided to come to me while she was eating a pizza while she was talking she came to me and asked me what I needed I told her I need it a subway she started to do it but the other employee that was about to leave return back and start talking to her about things that have nothing to do with what I she was doing and she keep talking and talking so I said to her can you please let her do her job because I've been sitting down here waiting and you're distracting her so she was about to leave and came back and said that if I had a problem that if I was drunk that if I need assistance and then she continue talking and she went back again to the register close to the register and came back again towards me and said that she feels like she was threatened and she was going to call the police so once again everything that she was saying and doing I continue telling her you're right you're right cuz I wanted it in my sandwich but at the end she comes and tells the other employee after she went back to the store and said to the employee that she felt threatening so the employee that was taking care of me asked me if I was threatening them I said no I wasn't also the other girl told her the same thing so I think this place is ridiculous with your employees food might be great but I think I did not thread anybody I did not deserve to recall drunk I did not deserve what I went through just went get a sandwich and if you look at the cameras you will see that I never disrespect or threaten anyone in the store The other customer that was next to me looked at me like what is she talking about I will never go to the store never know what else could happen

Should have walk out when we walked in. Wife and I went last night around 7:30 pm. No one inside and not even no employee behind the counter. We stood there for almost 5 min. The tall thin guy kept popping his head out from the back but did not come out. This heavy-set woman walked in and went to the locked door to go in the back and she was carrying a coke bottle from next door. They guy was playing games and not letting her in. She was laughing about it. Once he unlocked the door she went in and did not come out to serve us ether. I yelled out can we get some service here please. She did come out and said I was on my way. I order my sandwich and was watching her trying to pull apart the meat slices meat and then the cheese and seemed like she could not care at all. Then she took my wife’s order and the same thing. Like the stuff was dry sitting out for days. She kept talking to the tall thin guy in the back and was taking for ever to make two sandwiches. But she kept stopping making the sandwiches to talk to him about none sense. Still has not even started to put on toppings. Now 20 min. pass and she picked up our sandwiches to bring over for topping’s. Then was coughing and now I am not happy at all. She finished mine and went to do the second sandwich, like it was a big choir to do. She stops again to talk to the tall guy again and was just standing there. I told her can you please finish out order and out of no where she says you don’t have to yell. I looked at my wife like in shock. Never been treated like this. I looked out her and said I am not yelling, and told the wife lets go. As we were walking out she is yelling now never come back you are banned. Not only that but will never go to another Sub Way again and they want top dollar to make sandwiches. Sad that a lot young people have no pride in the work at all. I feel sorry for the ones that do take pride in their work.
